Comfy home, plenty of space, conveniently located!
Willkommen in unserem neu renovierten Haus in der Nähe von allem in Athen. Es ist ein 3 Schlafzimmer 2 Bad mit einem riesigen Wohnbereich und einer schönen Veranda, auf der Sie sich entspannen können. Wir sind eine kurze Fahrt zum Campus, Normaltown, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit dem Hauptbad. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer mit einem gemeinsamen Bad. Wir möchten Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm und einfach wie möglich gestalten!

This space was exactly what we needed. Enough room for each of our teens to have their own space while attended a multi-day event in Athens. Only 15 minutes drive to downtown Athens, the location was perfect. The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals with more spices and equipment than were use to from other rentals. We’ll definitely stay here again with our other events in Athens.

Great place and location for our quick two night trip to Athens. Easy to get ride share or access to anywhere else. Comfortable and quiet - just watch those steps!

We loved staying here. It was as advertised… but…while most rental property owners supply the bare minimum, these hosts thoughtfully provided soaps, shampoo, bathmats, PLENTY of paper products, coffee, etc.
I also loved that there was a magnifying mirror in the master bath.
It’s the little touches like this which give this rental five stars.

We had a nice stay at this property. It is well stocked and was perfect for our stay while we visited our daughter who lives in Athens. The location is very convenient and the.neighborhood is nice and quiet.

We spent graduation weekend here and it was perfect for our family. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants are close by and it’s close to campus. The rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are spacious and well appointed. There is a great deck for gathering outside. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

The house is just like described, beautiful place. We were very comfortable there, absolutely no problems. Owner was very attentive when we had to get a hold of him (not a major problem), but answered right back immediately. We even got an email from him asking us if we needed anything and if we were comfortable there. Would definitely stay here again. I would give it 10 STARS if I could.

Our family stayed here while visiting our daughter for her UGA parents’ weekend. The house was perfect for what we needed, and it was only 12-15 minutes from campus. We had no issues while staying there, and Joshua was extremely responsive to any and all questions I had. Very pretty, peaceful neighborhood — we even saw deer in the yard one night!

Perfect stay for us
We dropped back in to Athens for old times sake and the location and amenities were perfect. The house was clean and exactly as described. Josh was a great communicator and let us know we could get in early. It was really nice to have a place we could bring our dogs as well. Thanks for opening you home!

Athens get away
Close proximity to the town, several parks close by to walk. Home was comfortable and relaxing. Quiet neighborhood with many mature trees. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect low key spot for a UGA football weekend
Stayed here with my wife and 3 friends for a football weekend. Uber/Lyft to downtown Athens was cheap. The house is comfortable with a nice back porch if the weather is pleasant.
