Es war ein schönes kleines Hotel , das eine gute Lage hat. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und bekamen kostenlosen Tee oder Kaffee angeboten und konnten erstmal gemütlich ankommen. Im Anschluss wurde dann alles weitere für den Aufenthalt geklärt. Die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet und unser Zimmer war auch nach europäischen Standards super sauber. Das Wasser ist gechlort und kann ohne bedenken auch zum Zähneputzen benutzt werden. Zudem legt das Hotel wert auf Nachhaltigkeit und Sicherheit. Für die Gäste liegt auch ein kleiner Ordner im Forum bereit mit Informationen zum Moskito Schutz etc. Sowie einigen Informationen zum Hotel und den möglichen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zudem ist es auch möglich die Kleidung im Hotel waschen zu lassen. Zudem verfügt das Hotel über eine gute Fahrerunterkunft! Wir hatten aufgrund unserer Rundreise nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt in dem Hotel , wären aber gerne länger geblieben , da wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das Hotel könnte von außen ein bisschen frische Farbe gebrauchen.

Blisko do centrum Nuwara Eliyii, do jeziorka Gregorego i parku. Wspaniali Hości. W obiekcie sala do Jogi i miejsce do czillu ze znajomymi. Polecam wziąć tam posiłek, bo w mieście nie zjedliśmy nic dobrego. Jest też możliwość zlecenia prania jako usługi

Mooie ruime kamer en badkamer. Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Ligging op loopafstand van het meer. Ontbijt was ook lekker. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Het rook een beetje muf in de kamer.

Estancia genial. La habitación espaciosa y limpia. El personal super amable nos ayudaron en todo y el desayuno muy bueno. Un poco apartado del pueblo pero bastante cerca.

Estaba al lado de una feria donde pusieron música hasta pasadas las 11 de la noche

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Ze helpen je waar ze kunnen en doen dit altijd met een glimlach. We hebben hier ook een kookles gedaan ( wat zeker een aanrader is om te doen) en we hebben hierbij veel geleerd. De locatie is gunstig, uit de drukte van het centrum en dicht bij het meer.

We hoorden snachts in onze kamer een vervelend getik. Gelukkig hadden wij oordopjes mee en daardoor hier weinig last van gehad

Amazing property - lots of charm. Our host Jerad was brilliant. So friendly and brilliant host. The food was great. Outstanding breakfast. Comfy room.

Nothing!

We were the only ones staying in the property so there was also room for our driver, but it did make the place feel empty. The rooms were fine with a heater rather than air con and thicker bedding as the temperature in Nuwara Eliya can drop significantly. Cooler than most of Sri Lanka. We didn't have dinner there but chose to eat out. The breakfast was passable with fruit, bread and jam and an omelette. Good value for money for a one night stop over on our way to Ella.

It lacked atmosphere and felt like it had seen better days. It was rather windy during the night and we were disturbed by the sound of rattling tin roofs

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing guest house with a group of nine, including four children, and I cannot recommend it enough, especially for families. The staff members were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed.

It was a wonderful stay.Owner was so nice and helpful in every aspect.Kids were so tired at one point that we left them to rest in the hotel and informed the owner, and he was happy to keep an eye on them.It felt like home away from home!

The only thing was laundry service, though it showed in the website it has laundry service but owner informed that it was closed down where they use to give laundry so we have find laundry service on our own since we did not have time to wait in the hotel for owner to find one.Also food,we tried ordering from menu when we reach there around 7pm(in menu timing showed 5pm to 10pm)but were told that we can order only one thing.But I was still very very happy with the hotel because of the nice person(owner) who helped us and informed us for everything thing and also prepared breakfast early morning to take to Hoton Plain park.

Staff is so friendly, specially staff member Mr Sampath was superb 👏, always ready to help and very friendliest smile with Warmley and friendliest smile, I respectfully thanks Him a lot again

Nothing everything superb as I expected. But due unavoidable reason ,it was a funeral due I left from the place one day before means I supposed to stay 2 nights but I have staied just one night ,due my own convenience, that was not their fault ok, ther services and place was superb also, pls accepted I have stayed there just one night and cost from your side shoud be from 1 night ok, it was my own decision due my own concern not their services ok. My apologies for that tc

- The hosts were really nice and helpfull - Big and clean rooms - Good breakfast, much options - Really nice cooking class, would definitely recommend it! - They have a nice yoga/meditation room. - It's close to the lake so that's nice

- They just reopend (we were the first foreign guests) so when we were there they were still figuring things out. However this was not a problem for us, as they always had a good solution to our questions. - When we were there it could be at bit noisy in the evening due to music, but with earplugs it was not a problem

Very friendly and helpful owner. Has all the amenities available and a clean rooms. Even the hot water has a constant flow... Will definitely stay there on my next visit to nuwaraeliya..

The staff was very friendly and cooked up a wonderful meal for my friend who was hungry. We ate at another restaurant in town before that but actually wish we just ate at the guest house from the start since the food was way better. Breakfast was great!The blankets in our room were nice and warm and much needed for the cold weather. We had a great, comfortable stay at Suriya :)
