Everything! Gracious, charming place. Clean, comfortable room, convenient location, friendly staff, great swimming pool, powerful showers, nice breakfast. And they did a massive lot of laundry for me, for a very reasonable cost.

Weather was a bit too hot (not the fault of the accommodation provider).

Tolle Lage und Garten mit Pool. Sehr leckeres Frühstückst und sehr freundliches Personal. Am Morgen war voller Überraschung unser Auto geputzt.

Die Anlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Personal ist sehr nett, also rundum zufrieden 😊

The Garden and Pool area. And food. Very good breakfast service.

Would have preferred a room with more privacy. A room with less people walking back and forth. More consideration must be shown to the guests. When we arrived workers were installing solar panels to the section of roof over our room and the supervisor was standing on the pool dect right opposite our room. Too much noise. The same happened in the morning. No privacy while using the pool.

Perfect stay. We only stayed one night, but the staff and the guest house made it a perfect experience. We thought, Swellendam was only a „passing through“ city, but the hotel is actually so nice, it makes sense to stay longer and discover the area a bit. Staff was very welcoming and supportive to our family of four.

Good size rooms with small deck overlooking lovely pool area. Perfect position, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Appreciated air conditioning on very hot days. Good choice for 3 generations of family to hang out together.

Toller Service (sogar unser Auto wurde geputzt) und freundliches Personal, sehr leckeres Frühstück, schöne und sehr ruhige Anlage, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Ein paar Sonnenschirme am Pool wären super gewesen, so dass man im Schatten liegen kann.

Eine super schön eingerichtete und zentral gelegene Location. Der Innenhof inklusive Pool und Blick auf die Berge ist einmalig. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war super. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Rezeption ist lediglich zu festen Zeiten ca. 18 Uhr besetzt. Sollte danach etwas fehlen (wir hatten einen stark verschmutzten Wasserkocher) ist dies eher schwer zu regeln.

Great overall stay and the best breakfast service at 06:50 already from all the staff.

The check-in staff behind the counter was rather rude or busy but I was not feeling welcome. The porter made up for the lady behind the counters' attitude.

The mattress was not quite up to 5 star quality.

Wifi did not work - loadshed most of the time. I loved the accommodation food, staff, bed etc - no issues and really very comfortable and value for money.

However, a group checked in and there was a private function the evening - very noisy and the group also very noisy - no sleep for me! And loadshed - no electricity for 4 hours and no wifi.

Everything was perfect. From the warm reception to the service, the facilities, the food and the appearance of the place.

There is nothing not to like.
