Comfortable beds and pretty room

Location is great, staff really pleasant and helpful, the room and bathroom were lovely.

Good location, close to the train station to make my connection to the airport. Close to the city centre and the main square. In reality, the room was bigger than in the pictures. Kind staff.

It was a little bit noisy, but guests were respecful and it was possible to have a good rest.

My room happened to be close to a pub and heard music till late night. Had a disturbed night. But was ok the second night bizarrely.

I just booked to sleep but I couldn't! Bed is to small and you can fall down at anytime. Everytime I moved the bed balance to one side! Was a pain

The rooms are pretty small, but enough to rest for one person. The location is good, near Brussels North Station and about 25 minute walk to EU buildings.

However, there are missing sockets near the small table underneath the TV. It is also not very quiet, and you can hear neighbours. The rooms could be better sound-isolated.

The location is great, a quick walk to all the sights. The room was a decent size and the bed was quite comfy! The staff were all lovely too and helpful with our questions and booking us a taxi

The room was clean enough apart from the condom wrapper under the bed! The bathroom really wasn't clean enough, the shower had quite a lot of mould in the grout and showerheads. When I first went to use the bathroom the toilet had not been flushed which wasn't a great start to the trip. The walls are very thin so you do hear other people in their rooms and coming up the stairs, it was fine for the most part but just meant when there was a kid screaming late a night a few floors down you could hear it clearly

Clean and the staff are friendly, it was near the metro station so going around the city was easy

I liked everything

The room was clean and the staff was very kind. The bathrooms are new, the bed was really comfortable, and the cleaning ladies came every day to make sure I have clean sheets and clean towels and take out the trash.

The elevator was really old and sometimes it got stuck in between floors. Also, the internet went down the night before checkout, so it was a bit inconvenient because I had to make arrangements in the morning before leaving Brussels.
