the location was great, being within the walled city .the staff were very friendly and obliging . The bed was comfortable and the room light . the shower was hot . the rooms were quiet and the breakfast generous

Location is excellent, comfortable bed, hotel was very peaceful and quiet which is nice after a busy day. We have stayed twice before and would definitely stay again when we return to St Malo

Very comfortable for our short stay. We arrived via the Ferry and it was really easy to get to by foot. It’s location in the old town made our morning walk very nice!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast was average, but the hotel, location and staff were amazing.

Good location in the Intra-muros section of St. Malo. Short walk to the ramparts. Close to cafés and shops. Front desk personnel friendly and attentive.

Wi-fi connection poor for first couple of days.

The location for me was very good. The Room was comfortable. The shower was excellent.

The room, Room 10, was very noisy. I expected to hear a little noise from outside but I heard people walking around and talking in the hotel pretty much all night. The corridors were noisy and my room was poorly sound proofed.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful.

the hotel is in a great position, really clean and affordable. Breakfast was well worth it, a good selection of breads, pastries eggs etc. book early though as they don’t replenish. we had to ask for a croissant on the last day as all the pastries were gone. Staff reluctantly went to the boulangerie up the road to buy us 1 each.

parking can be tricky if you have a car.

The hotel is beautiful and ideally located a stone's throw from the a variety of shops and restaurants. The staff could not have been more helpful. We hope to return to Saint-Malo in the next 18 months and will certainly be checking in to the Ajoncs d'Or. We will also be recommending it to anyone we know.
