the staff in the water sports place… TERRIBLE The staff at the bar … terrible… do they even want to work? the one on the water sports on her phone the whole time and didnt want to help us, terrible attitude and service

It was the only hotel available in the area nearest to the hospital advertised on booking.com therefore had to go for it.

The service charges added to the cost was ridiculous. The room was a good size but hole in the bath, mould on the bathroom ceiling, stopper in bath wouldn't hold the water, patio door only opened with great difficulty. Repair to bath and patio door finally completed at 4.30 PM and I was leaving the next morning. Hotel taxi fares were double the price of what reception quoted. Slipping all over the place due to condensation even with air conditioning on. Two night stay cost was $1,490 in total compared to where I am now at $240 for two nights.

I enjoyed my stay at Divi Resort. The staff especially the Frontdesk staff. Sandrine and Larry, as well as the general manager. My daughter and myself went to Indulgence by the Sea and here again the service was fantastic.

It was my daughter birthday as well as my anniversary. The service we receive was on point. Thanking again Sandrine and Larry.

spacious, clean, easy access to property amenities, friendly staff, beautiful beachfront property. infinity pool was amazing and such a wonderful place to take our family on their very first visit to the island. easy access to good restaurants and grocery store. many things to do and good for couples or families!

would have liked a little bigger room…double beds. would obtain an upgrade next time

I loved the location. Between Philipsburg and Simpson Bay area. We had a double room that had a balcony that overlooked the beach. Amazing view! The Beach on the resort was fantastic. Great for swimming, clear and calm water. The pools were clean as well. The use of free loungers and umbrellas for guests was also a plus. The staff were incredible. The concierge was invaluable for arranging tours, taxis, visit to clinic for PCR tests. So pleasant and eager to help. The beds in particular were so comfortable. The restaurants on site were decent quality but we tend to like to explore food options out of resorts for variety.

I can't really complain about the resort. It was a very enjoyable holiday.

Room was too far away constant walking to room ; Gizmo's and car. could not do laundry as the only facility was too far for me to walk. Also the rodent in our original room 714 was not appreciated

Location and staff were the best! Our second stay and not disappointed! We will stay again!

beautiful beach and pool areas

we stayed in a one bedroom suite. it was run down. ants everywhere. looks like all the attention is to the new part of the resort. awakened one evening to an animal in the wall. shower glass falling off. housekeeping came to clean the room but didn’t leave clean towels. kitchen missing some amenities. ordered food from gizmos. waited half hour for service and longer for take out food. wanted to move a table into the sun but not permitted. staff were often not helpful. called front desk a number of times and they said they would call right back but never did. be careful when booking adventures through concierge. they try to direct to a few services where they must get a kick back.

I booked two nights for my honeymoon and it was a disaster. We were changed rooms three times because every time there was an issue. AC not working, telephone is not working, no water pressure and to top it off our entire stay without taking one single hot shower. My husband and I had to take hot showers in the Jacuzzi because there was no hot water at the hotel. The front desk staff was not very empathetic towards us on our honeymoon and we were told that it is a hotel and then it is normal that we wait so long to get a room a decent room. We rented a beach front suite so I would think that we’re not just any typical clients on honeymoon. I am very disappointed with Divi Little Bay Beach resort and will never ever go back there!

Covid test $

The pools are nice. There’s decent snorkeling right off shore for beginners. The on-site covid testing is undeniably very convenient.

Overall, the food isn’t great. Not terrible, but not great. Also, they will try to get you into a meeting to sell you a timeshare.

I love the location. I love the beach and the scenery. The staff could have been a little more welcoming but overall it was pretty good.

The location and property itself are absolutely amazing. The Main pool area which has 3 pools & hot tub was also very very beautiful. The gym was small but equipped with all the main machines, also a plus. Loved that they have a mini market on site which also carries all the main products you could wish for. The resort was also a 10 min car/taxi ride to the main shopping center at Philipsburg. The ladies at the Amsterdam Cafe were also very wonderful and most pleasant !!!! Great Cappuccinos !!!!

No shampoo or conditioner in my room. Front desk ( check-in process ) was a bit tedious and they were not very welcoming or pleasant, they seemed bothered at times.
