Excellent is the only word I can think of to describe those vacation! Condo was in a great location, walking distance to plenty of activities and great food options. Beautiful views, clean and exactly like pictures! We never stay at the same location twice but this is a wonderful place to stay and if we did we would stay here again!!

The grandchildren loved the location. The two older ones were able to enjoy the shops and arcades without adult supervision. The youngest loved the beach and the lazy river. The suite was spacious and the two bedrooms and bathrooms accomodated the six of us.

Was a great stay. Outdoor pools were unavailable at times but indoor pool was great. Area was a little sketchy at night a couple blocks off the resort. People got arrested and accidents. The boardwalk was very close and walking path was great. Right on the ocean. Was beautiful!!! Pier was cool too. Over all great experience!! Would totally recommend. Condo was clean and perfect for our family of 7. The door lock broke and the property owners were very easy to work with and had it fixed very quickly. No complaints.

overall the unit is not a bad one, however I resent the worn out furniture in the unit. The front room couch was soo bad that we had to put sleeping pillows on the seats, and the main bed waswas not much better. Not nearly what I expected for the price we paid.

We were so very pleased with this condo. Communication with the owner was great. The condo was very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. We did not use any of the hotel amenities except for the treadmill. The view from the condo was wonderful. We spent many hours sitting on the balcony. The only negative we found was the couch is not very comfortable. We took pillows off the bed and put under the cushions and it raised the height.
Some of the reviews mentioned they did not feel like it was a very safe neighborhood and felt anxious with the homeless people gathering around. Maybe because it was winter but we did not see anyone. We felt very safe walking around outside, even at night. The parking garage is across the road about half a block but we did not consider this a problem at all. It was nice to have adequate parking We would definitely stay here again and already looking forward to our next trip.

This was a nice condo. Lots of room for two couples. Beautiful view of beach and condo is right by beach. The only thing we would suggest is to update the two chairs and couch in the living room. They are getting worn. We would stay at this condo again!

Down sides: Carpets in rooms are a bit old , but were ok. Bathrooms were clean but could use an update. Amenities are great but pools also need updating. Lots of homeless people around, as mentioned by previous vacationers here, so we were not surprised. Plus sides: we loved the apartment, beach access was awesome, Starbucks on site as well was a nice plus, pools being inside away from elements was nice as we had cooler days, near lots of attractions, restaurants and mini putts... We would definitely recommend and feel comfortable renting again! Very happy with this rental as a whole!

Cons: pool is definitely catered to children only, no outdoor pool, carpet in halls (spelled musty) no dumpster or community trash can on property, parking garage a block away, sketchy area
Overall, we were there for beach and baseball tournament so the condo met our needs, but certainly was not out of this world. Would stay somewhere with a nicer interior and more modern building next time.

Excellent location but beware possibility of noisy neighbors
Place was clean like brand new clean. It's almost in the middle of all the action at the boardwalk and less than 3 miles from Broadway at the beach. Only complaint would be the paper thin walls as this was a hotel converted to condos. If you have noisy neighbors (noisy teenagers/drunk bikers) you will hear them. Second bedroom is next to the elevator. All the doors to the rooms can slam and literally shake the walls. So all in all my rating was based on the fact we got lucky and only had one night of noisy neighbors. I would pick this again if I went during the winter or off-season, but if in season there is a solid chance you may get those noisy neighbors.

Great size space in a great location. Owner was responsive to the one communication. Well stocked with the essentials. Comfy beds. Friendly folks running the resort. The resort as a whole could use a refresh, nothing gross or unacceptable, just a general update. The unit itself was just what we were looking for.

Wonderful Location
Overall, we had an enjoyable vacation. Yes there were a couple of “issues”, however nothing to keep us from going back! I will say, what we were made aware of before booking by previous guests, is that there were definitely vagrants milling around. Homeless people were asking for help and sleeping along the boardwalk. We have been going Myrtle Beach for many years, and this was disappointing. Having said that, we simply adjusted our walking plans and time schedule to minimize that part of our stay. Great ocean views! Plenty of water fun at the condo property if that’s some something you are interested in. They did a nice job of keeping that area orderly and “inviting”. Very easy access from the condo to the beach. Easy walk north to the Sky Wheel and all that was in that area, including a pier. The pier was closed for the season as we were there in November. However, if a pier is important to you, you can simply walk south to the “Wicked Tuna” restaurant and pier. All in all, we enjoyed our time there and recommend it! And, not a bug in sight while we were there.

Coffee maker did not work. Cable was out for a few days. DVD player would not read all DVD's. Trash had to be carried across street near the parking garage. There are no windows in the second bedroom. There were no coat hangers in the closet. Despite these inadequacies, we still enjoyed the stay in Myrtle Beach.

Worst vacation
The moment you drive up you start experiencing frustration. Check-in process only one person behind the counter with many inline. A very nice person behind the counter but he needs help. The unloading area cramped very unpleasant. Getting in and out of doors with luggage and people when key cards don’t work… especially frustrating. Elevators are always soaking wet with people in bathing suits dripping. Pools are overcrowded with cloudy water. Chairs in the grassy areas are placed in the muddy areas of the grass.
One would love to have Starbucks next door but the patio was filthy with cigarette buds and trash all over and then beggars at the entrance. Tried to take a nice stroll on the boardwalk in the early evening only to find many benches with homeless people on them. The stench from their sweating bodies where much to walk by. As for the room, it was a beautiful view of the ocean very spacious. Several complaints were that the rug in front of the bed in the master bedroom was wet most of the time we were there. Mold in the corners of the bathroom. The hallways smelled musty. Keycards were terrible would stop working causing problems with getting into the garage and the hotel.
Overall it was a very unpleasant vacation. I will never stay in or around downtown Myrtle Beach again. It is extremely unpleasant to see the homeless and beggars and the filth around the area.

2021 vacation
Overall I would definitely reserve this unit again. My family really enjoyed themselves. I would just say that when Vrbo sends out the messages it can be intimidating thinking your going to be charged for extra.
Only bad thing is the dumpster was not in the building,yet a couple blocks away. Makes it difficult to take your trash everyday.
Employees were very kind and helping.
View was outstanding My kids loved the pool area.

Beach view Ocean Bliss
Balconies are the spot to be in the condo..private, gorgeous views of the ocean and beach/piers. Easy walk out to the soft sandy beach and ocean or hit the boardwalk for a less busy experience than Ocean Blvd. Elevators were long wait at busy times and parking garage is across Ocean Blvd on 5th and Flagg St’s. Otherwise everything was very comfy, all desires met and everyone had an enjoyable time. Washer/Dryer in the condo was a great bonus too!

Beautiful view of the ocean
The view of the ocean from the balcony was perfect. The condo was very spacious and was the perfect size for our family. Communication and details from the property owner was exact and we had a very smooth checkin.
Our main issue, which isn’t about the individual condo itself but more of the overall complex, are the enormous cockroaches we unfortunately had to experience. We were on the 7th floor and cockroaches were on our balcony every night. I love to sit outside or leave the door open and listen to the waves, but I wasn’t able to experience it this time around. It was disgusting.
Also, the bedroom carpet and bathroom floor is very grungy. Needs to be replaced.

Loved the 2br/2a condo
The 2br condo was very spacious and clean. The full sized kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and cook meals. Parking is across the street. A couple times during the week I had to go to the front desk because my key card wouldn't work to get in and out of the main entrance of the resort and parking garage. They were replaced quickly but still a pain to drive back over from the parking garage. There were cars behind me that had to move so I could get out bc the gate wouldn't open. I never received the email with the pin code on it from VRBO so I had to contact the property manager upon arrival to give it to me. She insisted I had the email multiple times which I did not ans still never received after the phone call ended. However, she gave me the pin over the phone which she said she wasn't supposed to do and I was able to access the unit without difficulty from that point on. Marijuana seems to be the state flower of South Carolina. The entire resort smelled like it from the balcony all day every day. It was a bit annoying. My beach towel was stolen from my lounge chair on the pool deck from a group of homeless people (caught on camera) but staff responded appropriately. Resort is only a few minutes drive to Broadway at the beach and within walking distance to the main strip. Beach access was nice. I do wish they had an outdoor pool though. Our stay was fine. I was overall pleased but will probably find another resort next year that does have an outdoor pool in addition to the indoor.

Condo is great.
Everything about the condo was great. Just as represented on the site. Pictures are exactly what it looks like. Beach is just outside. Owner was great. Staff was constantly working to keep the facility clean and safe. Central Myrtle Beach has either changed or i am just too old. I frequently had to retreat off the balcony because of all the pot smoke. Started at 7 :15 in the morning. Fireworks going off in the beach at 4 am. Opiod crisis is in full swing around the condo. Constant stream of homeless or addicted outside. Again though, condo is great. Beach was great. Walking distance to the central Boardwalk.
