The location was great. The rooms rooms were clean. The shower was terrific. Indoor parking for 15 Eur/night was nice. Lobby and staff were very nice.
Room was small with all three beds nearly touching. The single beds would slide on the floor too easily, so you could not sit up in bed against the wall without the bed moving out. Only one tiny plastic cup in bathroom. My wife did not like the no outside food our drink in room policy.

the room and all the facilities were clean, and the people there were nice.
The air conditioning didnt work well. The operation panel of the air conditioning was too small and very difficult to use. And also the air conditioning system is not power enough, plus the weather was extremely hot when we were there.

Air conditioning that works!!! This is essential in Bolzano summer. The hotel starts away from the center, away from parties and noise. Very nice hotel for a short stay!

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We had problems with our card in the night and they came to help quickly. The view was good.
Breakfast arrangements were quite complicated and thus we decided not to have it. In the Booking.com I was specifically asked whether I want a double bed or two separate beds. Even though we asked for a double bed there were two separate beds. The hotel was also rather expensive, but on the other hand this was the case with all hotels in Bolzano.

The location was in the middle of the city.
The man that checked us in told us to park on street over night and when we went to our car he next day we had a ticket. The hotel should offer parking.

It was a fine room, nearby the citycenter (15 minutes walk).
The staff is friendly and can give you tips for good restaurants.
No free parking space.

Our room was situated above the restaurant. It was very loud from its air-condition devices and we could hear every single step in other rooms. Bad acoustic :(

The receptionist was lovely and very helpful
I couldn’t sleep pleasant there. The bed cover was too small and also I could hear all the voices and noises from outside and also from the neighbor room

It is the only hotel in Europe I have been to where they charge €3 for parking your bicycle! I also think if the room cost was 50% less then it would be fair compared to other hotels I have used locally. Breakfast overpriced.
