Position is amazing, easy to find and on a lovely street!staff really nice and rooms super clean, amazing for the price

Really hard bed

The room/bathroom were spotlessly clean and maintained in the same way throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable and there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room, very handy first thing in the morning. The hotel is in a great location,close to many attractions, the river and museums. There are also a couple of nice bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, a bakery and a patisserie, too.

Location in quite area

No working wifi. Overly complicated procedure to use wifi. Who has a 15 character password ? 1st Floor rooms you can hear everyone in reception. Too loud

Staff very helpful - disabled facilities accessible. Wide range of choice for breakfast and plenty of it. Convenient location.

just one problem on the very last day where the advice given by 2 staff on the cost of a taxi was way out - they advised 30e - however on leaving the taxi at the airport we were faced with a 77e cost - causing obvious confrontation and embarrassment- yes I should have confirmed the cost with the driver before setting off - but both members of staff need to realise the impact of their very poor advice given

Although space was tight it was well located and clean.

Good value. In an excellent location, the chartrons district which is very close to the centre, a few hundred yards. Pet friendly hotel. I would definitely stay again. It was a Sunday when we arrived, and so parking on the traffic meters, the spaces that are call payant, was free. The next morning we put some money in the meter.
