Big thanks for the lactose free and gluten free products after I asked.
The distance from the center is the main plus. Bathroom is almost bigger than the room itself.
Clean bathroom, every morning cleaning.
The rest of the family complained alot about the poor offer. Just sweet breakfast.
The size in not for 3 beds at all. Very tiny. Even at 5th floor, it is very busy thanks to the colecting glass bins down the street every morning. The room is really like student college room. A picture on the wall or something would make it more warm. Noisy halway. Most of the time didnt work the wifi.

The host Luca was amazing! So inviting and gave us everything we needed. The location is perfect and right next to the Coliseum.
If you are someone who likes colder hotels this is my only note. We are use to air conditioning so the room was a little warmer.

Small room, old floorings, no dining area but available space in room for breakfast. For me, one of the most important thing is the bathroom. It is too small, no place to put shampoos in the shower, old bathroom, not resemble the pictures shown.

Great location and very good soundproofing in the windows. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Good air con and wifi. Friendly staff. Self check in was simple.

the room was not clean when we got there. There were dirty towels in the room from previous guests, the beds were not made, etc. Housekeeping left a faucet on and our bathroom had water all over the floor. the wifi stopped working and there was no one at the front desk to fix it. when we reached out via WhatsApp, we were redirected and there was absolutely nothing done to fix it, let us know what was going on, etc. it was a horrible experience.
