Good value for money, we had a really nice meal and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Great location for Keswick.

Rooms and accomodation quarter slightly dated/shabby. But good for the price.

Location was perfect for walking into Keswick. The bedroom was very spacious and had good facilities. The staff were lovely and friendly, and phoned a taxi for us on Saturday afternoon. The food was great on the Friday night.

The only thing I would suggest is having a shelf in the bathroom for a make up bag, but really doesn't detract from the excellent stay

A short walk into Keswick, enough parking while we were there, easy to find. Great that you could take 4 dogs Very clean, no dog smell

Excellent location for the centre of Keswick. Very helpful and friendly staff. The evening meal was excellent.

This is a very basic hotel as the price suggests. The room was clean and comfortable if a little hot. Very limited kitchen facilities so we were not able to order breakfast. However Keswick is full of eateries so not really a problem.

I do not recommend accommodation above the pub. loud until late at night, outside the window the noise of the kitchen units. Bathroom with mold in the shower cubicle. the room is big, but no place to sit, only the bed remains. the small monitor on the wall called a TV is laughable.

Me and my partner had a fab stay at Twa Dogs. All the staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly. The food was lush and was very good prices. We have already booked to go back another 2 times in the next few months. We are really looking forward to staying again. The manager chris was exceptionally helpful and made sure we were comfortable and OK with everything.. it is also in a great location not far from the town centre. Car parking avaliable and dogs allowed and cared about. Brilliant homely relaxing place to bel .. See you all again soon Linda Chris

Close to Keswick

Live music below in the pub until 12am, shower was a trickle of warm water. Windows were single glazed so very noisy as a main road outside

The room needs a good feather dust on the ceilings and around the windows, for the price the room was not modern enough a dado rail is not good as a head board. Tv over the kettle not a good idea, tv very small and no reception.

Landlord was great.

Chef had quit. No food for evening meal. 15 minutes walk into town in the rain for anything. No breakfast, although paid for. No refund . Landlord leaving on Monday as pubco( Marston's) had just upped his rent & barrelage price.

Courteous staff explained that they had only had the business for 3 months and were aiming to refurbish. We therefore expected carpets etc to be tired. Nice fluffy white towels and clean bedding.

Room was tired, which is okay, but the dust, cobwebs and black mould was not! Add the fact that for all 3 nights no cleaning was done nor were coffee/milk replenished. Plumbing was very noisy and shower was warm not hot. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and sagged at the sides.

great little friends local pub! and very dog friendly. staff was great and very helpful with pointing us in the right direction of everything we needed and food was delicious.
