Beautiful house, clean, and accommodating.

We stayed at 115 Ellery for a wedding in Newport and the place was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! Impeccably clean! Full of everything you need! Everything was so new and up to date!! Just LOVED IT! Nicest VRBO place we’ve been at! (And we’ve been at over 50+ places!!) Everything was PERFECT!! We all enjoyed the house ( when we were there since this wedding had SO many events!) and it was so close to every place in Newport that we had to go to! Would recommend this place 200%!!!

We had a great stay at this property. The house was located in a quaint/quiet neighborhood within walking distance to beaches, the Cliff Walk, and downtown Newport. The house had all the kitchen amenities that one could ask for - an air fryer, lots of cutlery, plates, utensils, and bowls (all new), and pots and pans for cooking. The rooms were open, spacious, and bright and the yard was the perfect size for hanging out and tossing a football around. The host sent detailed instructions for what to expect upon arrival so we felt very well informed and taken care of. I'd highly recommend this property for folks looking to take-in one of the most beautiful areas in Rhode Island.

We rented Greg's house for a girls weekend, and it was perfect for our large group! The kitchen was wellstocked with plates, glasses and even lobster/crab crackers. The dining table fit 10 comfortably, but we added a few side chairs to seat 2 more. The smart TV was convenient so we could stream whatever we wanted. The house was a quick 10ish minute Uber ride to downtown Newport, and it was perfectly located for getting to The Cliff Walk. We walked to The Cliff Walk, Ubered back to Flo's Cafe at the end of the walk and walked home from there. All in all, it was conveniently located, updated and clean! The beds were really comfy too. Our only complaint is more towels would've been nice!

We had a large group of friends and there was plenty of space for all of us to sleep. House is spacious and communication was great. Would highly recommend staying here!

Some things were not cleaned upon arrival, but despite this, the stay was great and the house was perfect for our needs. Would book again

If you have a large group and looking for a house close to downtown Newport and all the attractions, look no further! This brand new house was perfect for our 3 night stay and provided plenty of space for our party of 6 adults and 2 teens and 2 kids. The open concept kitchen , eat-in dining room, and living room has a great flow where all 10 of us could be hanging out on the main floor and not feel crowded. The kitchen has brand new, high-end appliances and probably the best stocked house rental kitchen we've ever stayed in. From a brand new fridge and gas range and oven to air fryer to electric gridle for pancakes to Nespresso and K-cup coffee machines to every imaginable kitchen utensil you'd ever need, this kitchen is a home chef's dream. They really spared no expense when building and stocking during this kitchen renovation. There are 3 Nest thermostats on each floor and wow does the HVAC heating system work well and very quickly. The 5 bedrooms are all very spacious with big flatscreen TVs in 4 of the five bedrooms, all equipped with Rokus for a plethora of streaming options. The bathrooms are all very well appointed and brand new as well. We didn't get to utilize the outdoor amenities in the front porch and patio and propane grill, but just like everything else in this house they looked brand new and well maintained. Gregg the host was very quick and responsive to VRBO messages and was super easy to deal with. When we come back to Newport we'll definitely rent here again. Highly recommend!!

Excellent location and house layout. More comfortable furniture in the living room would be a nice improvement. A sectional would be great since the house accommodates 10 people so well. Overall, a great stay!

We had an amazing time..The house was spotless, rooms were very big and spacious we had five couples.. and nobody got in each other’s way.. I would definitely be going back..

This is a great property that is newer construction. The beds are super comfortable, nice layout and well stocked kitchen, patio, bath, etc. There is a small amount of wear that is visible but does not equate to dirty at all. The bedroom doors were extremely squeaky and in need of WD-30. We were there for 2 nights so not worth the call. The owner is very responsive to questions which is nice. I would suggest the owner include no pets on the listing to address any questions in advance. A simple question prompted a strongly worded and unnecessary terse response.

House was the perfect space for everyone

Beautiful home & neighborhood. Clean & comfortable. Trouble with Wi-Fi shutting off leaving no tv intermittently. Not enough linen or towels for 10 people . Overall a very nice place where I would definitely stay again.

The property is as nice in real life as it is in the photos. It is really spacious and a great location near the beaches and downtown Newport. We had a great stay!

Very nice home in good location. Our only suggestion is the need for a railing on the stairs to the garage.

Our family stayed here for our family vacation this summer. The house was beautiful and spacious in a lovely neighborhood. The host provided everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The house was very clean and conveniently located near the beaches, stores, and restaurants. It was also a quick drive to downtown Newport. We look forward to returning next summer

THis prooperty is in a great location. Close to the beach. It's near Newport and the Cliff Walk, but far enough away to be out of the crowds. Great for Bike riding and walking.
