Great hotel location, 2 swimming pools available, beach a short walk away. There is a grocery store and restaurants nearby. The bus stop is not far away. The room was clean, with everything you need - fridge, air conditioning, tv. Staff great, friendly and always helpful. Breakfast tasty. Close to town, great for evening walks. I highly recommend the hotel.

Every single moment , the owners are fantastic, the hotel is so close to the beach and many restaurant are around with many choices for food. The breakfast is nice the room was cleaned every day and all the hotel looked fresh and clean. My daughter and I had a very good Holiday and was sad to go, we Will be back Next year , we Made friends on the beach and we look forward to the Next visit. Mina and Erika

There isnt a restaurant on site this is the only thing i didnt like

The property has a very clean pool with fresh water and one indoor spa. Very convenient location to the beach, just two steps. Beautiful view on the beach and around.

I reserved two rooms, one was very good, big and updated, another one not soo good, old and outdated.

Hotel is in great location near the beach and a couple of good restaurants plus there is a simple store where you can buy groceries. It is a calm place with lots of trees and flowers. The hotel is also close to a bus stop from where you can travel all around the isle.

Our rooms were a bit damp and stinking of mold. Breakfast was quite poor and every day the same - a plate with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese plus a croissant. We were offered tea or coffee and there was free amount of marmalades, butter and bread - and that is practically all. No fresh fruits or vegetables.

There was excellent "cafe americano", but no fresh fruits on the breakfast. The hotel position is quite far of the Forio city center when you are over 60 aged.

I would prefer to have more space for a shower. Hotel shares a gate to beach with another hotel. The gate lock need to be repaired, but some guests have told they remember it from a previous season.

No air conditioning in rooms making it very difficult to sleep at night, pool was poor.
