Dies ist unser 'Palm'-Studio mit einem Dachboden für 4 Personen. Es ist eine gemütliche Einheit mit spektakulärem Meerblick. Es befindet sich im Obergeschoss unserer 'Flamboyan Unit' mit Homeaway # 954690. Die beiden Einheiten teilen sich den gleichen Lobbybereich, sind jedoch durch ihre eigenen Eingangstüren vollständig voneinander getrennt. Das "Palm" -Studio verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein geräumiges Loft mit zwei Twin-Size-Matratzen und ein großes Badezimmer, ideal für romantische Kurzurlaube oder Familien mit Kindern. Das Anwesen verfügt über zwei geräumige Balkone, einer mit freiem Meerblick und Gartenmöbeln, der andere mit einem Grill. Das "Palm" -Studio verfügt über eine kleine, aber gut ausgestattete Küche, einen Kühlschrank, einen 55-Zoll-Kabel-TV, eine Klimaanlage mit geteilter Einheit, eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, einen Esstisch für vier Personen, ein Sofa und Highspeed-Internetzugang.
Das Palmanova Village befindet sich auf einem Hügel neben dem Palmanova Plaza in Palmas del Mar. Es verfügt über einen Pool, einen Whirlpool und ein Fitnesscenter mit Saunaräumen - alle sind für Mieter und Anwohner kostenlos. Unsere "Palm" Wohnung ist ca. 150 m direkt vom Meer und ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom nächsten Strand entfernt (1111 Stufen). Alle Strände in Puerto Rico sind kostenlos. Sie können einen Golfwagen mieten (20-50 USD pro Tag), um Zugang zu allen Stränden in Palmas del Mar zu erhalten.

This property was the perfect vacation get away! It has a gorgeous view of the ocean, with sunrises that were amazing to wake up to! The apartment is quite large (particularly for a studio) and you can't beat the location. We'd definitely stay there again!

Spectacular view
This is the second visit and I will say that the the Mr X is very responsive and helpful when I needed something addressed. We spent 18 days in this studio loft apt and enjoyed daily breakfasts on the balcony enjoying the views. Perfect for a couple or small family. Thank you Mr X for a very enjoyable stay. I’ll be back again soon!

Excellent property for families or couples. The property has all the amenities required for a vacation on the beach, nice views from the balcony. My only suggestion is the TV should be configured with some streaming service like Netflix.

The property was very nice very clean and very convenient for us it has all the amenities you need swimming pool hot tub beautiful balcony views comfortable but it was an actually very nice place to stay I would stay there again if I had a chance they make it very easy to check in and check out we were very pleased

My Stay
Cut toe on sharp area in shower the first day and my toe hindered me having liberty to do much of anything because every step hurt on contact, the side of bed closest to bathroom deep dip my whole side of body in pain everyday, toilet odor from rim needing a better cleaning and as well as faucets in bathroom and floor had sticky spots. Lighting in studio not good, AC not sufficient for area, power keeps going out, internet reception not good, TV not working after power went out, WIFI listed was not on available WIFI networks.
1 of sinks in bathroom stopped up, very hot in hallway (can be very dangerous causing possible heat stroke) ant problem even before we brought food.
It could have been nice except for these issues which I feel is more than we should have had to deal with considering this was suppose to be a relaxing get away.
Please take into consideration our complaints and compensate for it with a refund Thanks

Clean and great location
We like the location, safety and commodity of the apartment, only thing we are disappointed was the A/C, not powerful enough for the studio space, the only place you can feel cool was on the loft bed, on top of the king bed, after a hot day in the beach or pool a good A/C is a most, otherwise the apartment met our expectations.

Had a hard time getting in
Everything was fine except for getting in the property... the number given for remote access was going to voicemail. We had to get the guard to let us in.. then the key's to enter the building were not in the mail box as advised they would be. We had to buzz a another apartment for access inside the building. We got in with the codes given the rest of the way but if we were to leave we couldn't go back in. Luckily I asked the other tenants if they had extra keys and they did have our set of key's!! Besides that we enjoyed our stay!

Xiaoming was an amazing host. His communication was great. Anytime I called or texted he responded promptly. This studio was just perfect. I loved the view from the balcony looking at Vieques where my sister lives. The place was very clean and had everything we needed bikes, golf clubs, beach chairs and toys. Thanks again for an awesome stay!

The area is beautiful, I liked the price and the location.
I was disappointed with the coffee machine, it wasn’t working, the towels were very old, some had even holes on them. No dish washer.
The bed was not comfortable.

The view is what made the stay. I visit Puerto Rico often and being too close to the ocean can be loud but this view was quiet and calming. Will definitely rerun if I go back to Palmas Del Mar

Amazing
The view was everything. I had a few personal issues throughout my stay and the owner helped me through it all. I really appreciate it. Also, it was a great gated community, very quiet, beautiful views, and close to most things. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Humacao, San Juan or surrounding areas!

Mr. Xiaoming was Excellent
I dont write reviews ever but the day I arrived we had no water. I relayed the information to Mr. Xiaoming and he compesated me for the day without water. He also arrived with gallons of water and bread. He was always communicating with me and always making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a safe comfortable and professional stay. Thanks again Mr. Xiaoming

Beautiful location
This was beautiful! About 45 min from San Juan airport. Beautiful views from this apartment and had everything we needed. Pool was nice and private. Beaches were very close. Recommend renting a golf cart because property was huge and easier and more fun to get around. All and all we had a wonderful time!!! Would definitely come back!

Apartment a bit dated and needs remodeling.
Apartment has nearly everything needed for home away from home vacation. Very well stocked in supplies.
Major hiccup for us was being locked out of apartment when arriving.
Other guest had main access key. Making it impossible for us to get in apartment. Another owner let us in.
If it weren't for them, this could have turned out really bad waiting on the other guest with our key to return from wherever.
Owner responded fairly quickly.
But only through chat feature.
The phone numbers provided weren't of any use in reaching him.
So in a real emergency, you are pretty much screwed!
Our daughter loved the loft area. Beach wasn't very accessable from this location unless you rent a golf cart or walk a mile to the beach entrance.
Not a bad stay but far from what I can give 5 stars.

vacation cut short
Property was great. Had to cut vacation by 4 days due to my mom's hospitalization. Tried to get a refund for the 4 days from CSA travel insurance but it's impossible to get a doctor to fill out the required forms, so I won't use CSA again.
