Super easy check-in and the host gave thorough instructions. The space was exactly as described. Highly recommend if you're looking for an apartment in that neighbourhood.

The location of the apartment is great. A few minutes walk to Jarun lake and fairly close to Arena centar. Parking was private in the driveway, and that's a big plus.

1. The apartment is not clean - it looks like it was flooded as the floorboards were separating from each other. Vacuuming also should have been much more thorough. 2. beds and mattresses are terrible - beds are old and even when they were new, they were probably the cheapest possible option. Terrible, creaky, low and uncomfortable. Mattresses are so used up, that they are basically non-existent. The only two reasons why we stayed in this apartment in the end was that we were with our 10-month-old baby and didn't have the patience to look for something else after we saw it, and we had to pay in advance for it over booking. I won't make this mistake again. This apartment was not cheap from the start, but our assumption was that the price is a bit raised due to location. It turned out to be a scam, as there were far cheaper and better apartments in great locations in Zagreb.

The apartment is wonderful. It has parking for the car. It is comfortable for four people.

Close to Jarun, and that was our goal. Very very quiet neighbourhood. Big and spacious place, nice host.

Excellent location for those less focused on Bana Jelacica Square and more on Jarun and good driving connection to in/out of city and its malls.

Apartment furnishing is basic but enough to keep you going.

I have asked for late check out, at least until noon. The owners did not allowed. I have explained that we have rented apartment beacuse of wedding celebration and that we will come home late. Check out was at 10:00 am, and check is at 02:00 pm. In my opinion they don't need four hours for cleaning apartment in which we have spent I can say a couple of hours. They do not have iron and ironing table, and for price they asked for apartment in which the smell of damp is felt at least they could put a bottle of water in the fridge, but they aren’t able do that either. I was also not asked for ID cards to register us in the e visitor system. Overall opinion very unfriendly and bad.

We stayed 1 night in apartment Grazia in Zagreb (2 adults, 2 kids). The check-in and check-out was super smooth, the location was perfect (300 m from the park) and it was well equipped. The only negative part of our stay was the quality of the beds, they are very cheap and we all got up with significant back pain.
