Die Lage sowie das Personal und die ruhige Lage waren aussergewöhnlich. Das Personal war absolut hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war absolut ausgewogen nichts zu bemängeln.

Room clean and good size had all appliances as listed, facilities as listed, man on reception very helpfull and friendly. View from room was amazing.

Very clean and quite well-equipped and presented room, with generous sized balcony with stunning view overlooking gardens, pool and sea.

No-where to store or hang clothes, i.e. no wardrobe nor hooks on the back of any doors. Not a major issue for just 1 night, but not if staying longer. Access to room from carpark not ideal involving a lift and long outside corridors from one end to other of the complex. Restaurant very noisy due to a very large family group celebrating a birthday. We sat outside to escape the noise and general chaos, but that wouldn't have been possible in cooler or wet weather. Food was OK though!

Great view, with a comfortable bed. Great water pressure in shower, and appreciated having a washing machine and dryer. The room was clean however dishwasher was broken. Staff very friendly welcoming. We ate in the restaurant, and thoroughly enjoyed the fresh snapper.

It was a bit of a rabbit warren to move between our room and the restaurant. Outside lighting was lacking which was a bit disconcerting.

Great coastal view. Clean tidy room with friendly staff. Quiet location if you are just wanting to chill out. Well stocked shop with all the treats and groceries you may want or need. Rooms have a full kitchen so you can prepare you own meals if you wish or dine in the restaurant.

Restaurant service was slow despite us being the only ones in the restaurant at the time.

The room was lovely and even smelt nice. The view is Wow and the dinner was delicious, reasonably priced and just the right portion size. Every staff member I had dealings with was nothing short of lovely.

I could hear the people talking in the room next to mine (and using the kitchen / bathroom etc), everytime anybody walked past outside I could hear it, and the noise from the bar all came through into my room (and yes, the windows and doors were closed). This is just a personal preference, but the bed was also a soft bed, and I have a firm mattress at home, so I had trouble sleeping. Eventually, after a little less than two hours of sleep and being woken by someone walking past my room, I left at a little before 4am and drove home (a four hour drive).

the cleanliness was perfect, the pool and spa were a hit and the view is amazing

no delivery of Kai to room but that’s understandable
