The Cabin At Dakota Dream B&B. Quiet, Secluded, Close To Downtown Custer
Ideal für ein oder zwei Paare oder Familien mit Kindern, die einen erholsamen Black Hills Erfahrung wollen. Die Kabine verfügt über eine Küchenzeile mit 4-Flammen-Herd, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, Bad mit Dusche (keine Wanne), ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und in voller Größe Futon, Wohn- / Esszimmer mit Schlafsofa Queen-Size-und Essbereich.
Die Küche ist komplett mit Geschirr, Töpfen und Pfannen, Geschirr und Bettwäsche ausgestattet; alles was Sie brauchen eine besondere Mahlzeit zu erstellen. Es gibt auch für das Bad und Schlafzimmer Handtücher und Bettwäsche. (Tägliche Reinigung ist nicht vorgesehen.)
Ein STARTER SUPPLY von Papierwaren wird bereitgestellt. Sie sind für den Kauf Ihres eigenen Produkts verantwortlich, nachdem dieses verwendet wurde.
Für diejenigen Gäste mit Pferden reisen, können wir sie in unseren Horse Hotel unterbringen.

We had a great stay at the Cabin at Dakota Dreams. It is located just outside of Custer but offers incredible privacy. From this location you can get to everything offered in the Black Hills. Mackenzie is a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome to the property. The cabin itself is perfect and we will stay there again when we visit the area. It is appointed and built like a true western cabin but with all the comforts you may desire. My wife and I highly recommend it for your trip to the Black Hills.

Our stay in SD was great. Saw a lot of cool things in the state. Mt Rushmore Brewery in Custer was great. The cabin was in a good location, very quiet. Host was very nice.

Quite cabin in a great location
The cabin was in a great location for us. It was just a few minutes from Custer State Park and downtown Custer. We had some issues working the TV, but that may have been operator error. We also would have liked some ice cube trays, but other than that it was great.

Convenient to everything
We wanted somewhere to stay during our time in Custer that was clean, quiet and comfortable. We found the perfect place. Nestled in the pine trees was Dakota Dream. 5 minutes to beautiful downtown Custer with many choices of food, grocery needs and souvenir shopping. A short hop to Mt Rushmore for the nighttime ceremony, a short hop to Custer State Park, Crazy Horse and many other wonderful activities. This cabin is peaceful and quiet. Deer visit several times a day and you can hear the wind whistling thru the pines. You will not be disappointed in your selection of Mackenzie and Maddies property.

Perfect Location
My husband and I needed a place to call ‘home’ for our adventure through South Dakota. We did not spend much time at the cabin, but it was perfect. Clean cabin, internet TV for our mornings, stove, full stocked kitchen with supplies, gracious hostess, and it was perfect for our home base throughout our stay in South Dakota. Great place to stay
We had a great time at the cabin. Mackenzie is very friendly and checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything was ok. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the deer, turkeys and her horse. She provided some corn for us to feed the deer. We had a pleasant surprise of an early snowstorm and the cabin stayed nice and warm. The cabin is on a well maintained dirt road. We can't wait to stay here again.

The best place to be in South Dakota
To start with, Mackenzie and her daughter are the best hosts anyone could ever ask for. The cabin was very nice, deer and turkey in the yard morning and evening. We had everything we needed and it's situated just far enough from town that it was very quiet and peaceful. Especially being as we were there during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Sitting outside in the evening under the stars and able to see the Milkyway in all it's glory, made for some fantastic astrophotography images. We highly recommend a stay at Dakota Dreams B&B. You won't be disappointed at all. Thank you Mackenzie for a excellent time.

Everything we could have imagined possibly needing over a week’s time was available for use. Accommodating and comfortable for a family of 5. Excellent location...just minutes from Custer. Highly recommended on my behalf and we will definitely be reserving this little slice of Heaven in the future!

Little slice of paradise
The cabin at Dakota Dream is just that...a dream come true! Clean comfortable and well appointed-everything we needed to relax after a long day of biking, hiking, sightseeing and shopping. Really enjoyed eating dinner at the picnic table and sitting in the swing watching the deer. Kathy and Ernie are great hosts and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this wonderful cabin in the beautiful Black Hills!

Kathy and Ernie run a first class business. The cleanliness of the cabin was impeccable. They both went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything, they were right there to help out with advice. The location and privacy was exactly what we needed with 3 active boys. We certainly will be our first call if we come back to the Custer area.

Nice and quiet place
It was very clean and was close to downtown Custer and only minutes from Custer State Park. The owners were very nice and gracious. Initially we thought that the cabin was more secluded. We were about 50 yards from the owners. However, that was not an issue. It was a great place to vacation and we had a great week. We would recomend it to anyone.

We loved staying in the Cabin at Dakota Dream. The cabin was immaculate and the owners had paid attention to every detail of what a visitor would need during their stay. When I come back to Custer, I will definitely try to stay here again. We loved it here!

Great location for seeing the sights!
This was a cozy and quiet cabin, with lots of deer to see from the porch and porch swing. It was so close to Custer and therefore to Crazy Horse, Jewel and Wind Caves, and Mount Rushmore.

Relaxing, all the comforts of home!
Our family of 4 stayed at Dakota Dream for a week. We would explore the nearby parks and attractions during the day then come "home" to a nice relaxing cabin at night. Our 2 daughters (ages 7 & 5) loved the deer that greeted us upon our arrival. It was nice to have all the comforts of home (internet, a/c, TV, etc...) after a long day of adventures.

Staying at the Dakota Dream cabin was one of the highlights of our Black Hills trip! Kathy and Ernie were so accommodating and fun to visit with! The cabin sits in a beautiful grassy area surrounded by pines. They have a picnic table and fire pit behind the cabin for warm summer nights. The cabin was clean and the decor was adorable! We couldn’t have been more pleased to stay at the Dakota Dream! We hope to go back again!!!!

Great place for a getaway
Kathy & Ernie were wonderful hosts. The cabin was clean, well kept, and had all the amenities needed to be self sufficient for my 11 night stay. Solid internet connection, streaming tv/movies, a bed, fold out futon, and fold out sofa-bed, fully stocked kitchen utensils. Great location, close to both the State Park, as well as to Custer town center. We made day trips to both Devils Tower and Badlands NP. Lots to see in the area.

Husband and I spent a week at this lovely cabin and B & B ... the owners are the most pleasant and welcoming individuals we have ever met.
Outstanding breakfast and hospitality..Our cabin was CLEAN, COMFORTABLE and BEAUTIFUL with it all it's local wildlife. This destination is close to all the local attractions, yet far enough away you feel you're in your own lil world of paradise!!
We had all the comforts of home minus all the hustle and bustle! Was a pleasure to stay at this place. I HIGHLY recommend it and hope our travels will take us back some day!

Perfect place to stay in Custer, SD
The cabin is just perfect! Cozy and SD rustic which we luved! The cabin has everything you need for a stay. Thankful for the window AC the first warm night but the next two days, with windows open, beautiful cool, fresh air. We so luved seeing deer on the property daily!😊Ernie and Kathy, the owners, made sure everything was the perfect place to stay. The location is very close to all the sites plus a golf course, that my husband enjoyed! 🏌️ You will not go wrong with this rental. Enjoy all!😀
