We wanted to stay near Custer Montana oops you did the wrong Custer this time. No longer using your service

Pool and hot tub. Breakfast included. Comfy bed. Close to major tourist area. Excellent value.

Room indicated mountain view but we had parking lot. That was okay though.

We recently stayed here on recent trip to Custer, SD and the surrounding area. The hotel seems to be a bit older, however our rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, and having a quick breakfast before we headed out each morning was nice. When you are only in your room to sleep, and spend the rest of your time enjoying the surrounding area, the location and price through booking.com couldn't be beat.

Easy access to attractions around, Mt Rushmore, Crazy horse and custer state park. Room was clean and well maintained

It was close to all the trails we wanted to hike. It was clean and cozy.

We had people in the room across from us and they were very loud, always coming and going out of their rooms and slamming their doors and talking a lot to other people in the hallways.

Great location.

There was hair in the bathtub. Table was dirty. Needs better sweeping. Not sure the last time room had been moped. was disappointed.

It is close to many attractions and bang for the bucks.

Front office staff is always friendly and helpful.

1 room had bad odor, and one with mold. however I was accommodated with another room which was nice.

Felt comfortable.

Not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms. They always feel dirty.

Nothing.

Eggs and coffee were disgusting, the room had trash under the bed skirting, there was pubic hair still in our tub. And the toilet didn't work properly, you had to hold the handle down forever before it actually flushed.
