propreté, équipements (lave vaisselle, lave/sèche linge avec les lessives correspondantes). Très pratique pour se faire la cuisine. Literie parfaite, sanitaires neufs.

Modern and clean. Lounge and bed were comfortable. Also had a washing machine which came in handy. Beautiful location.

The location was ideal and the apartment very well equipped in terms of appliances. Check-in was efficient. The apartment was clean with the exception of the blinds.
Some of the crockery needs to be updated and a few more items of cutlery would be useful. Although the apartment was clean, the blinds were very dusty.

Tekapo Holiday Homes were extremely communicative in the lead up to our arrival. They confirmed with us exactly where the keys and instructions would be left as we were arriving after office hours. Very well organised with full instructions.

Peaceful location and some beautiful views
Had to put the winter duvet in the cover ourselves, after the first night when the lightweight duvet inner was in crooked but slept peacefully as bed was so comfy.

Not a huge amount to be fair
I didn’t find the tea/coffee, learned when checking out it was up in a shelf with ‘knick knacks’ which I would never have though to look in as I’m not a ‘poker’. The shower had next to no pressure so definitely didn’t get out feeling clean or warm. Guests in the house missed the parking memo so both nights we parked on the road. ‘Lake view’ was very marginal.

Location and view from the apartment was very good. It was clean, spacious and had everything. Washer, dryer, oven, dishwasher and stove.
There could be more toiletries provided like shampoo and conditioner.

Had a problem with heat pump so no heat first night. An electric heater was brought for second night, so resolved problem.

the unit was scrupulously clean and modern. Well appointed and comfortable. I pointed out to the management that it needs a comfy chair in the lounge for two people to sit and watch TV. the couch only allows one person to lie down to watch tv in its present configuration. the view from the balcony was lovely - lake and mountains . Well worth considering if staying in Lake Tekapo. need a car to get to the village but anyone there has a car anyway.

Good location as long as you have a car to drive to the 'centre' of lake tekapo. Very clean, warm water and amenities are great. Fully functioning kitchen which was great. Comfortable bed. Nice views over the surrounding countryside
It was quite a 'clinical' space and didn't have many homely touches. It felt very much like a space designed to have guests in and out without too much fuss! We were asked to have everything clean and tidy when we left otherwise we would incur a cleaning fee. This included all utensils and crockery. It felt as though we were paying for a roof overhead at the convenience of the landlord, rather than a relaxing holiday home for our break away.

water pressure wasn’t great and took awhile for the hot water to come through but that’s understandable up a hill. also I think one of the lights on the deck area might have been out :)
