Having to return the key to the agent when departing.

Lovely apartment! Awesome deck overlooking the lake, liked that there was a second deck out the back so we could still sit outside if the wind was in the other direction. Really comfortable bed and sofa, close to township. Just what we needed for a break away from it all.

Not sure if it was the sheets (or the sofa as per another review on here) but both of us left with itchy rash on arms and legs.

Everything I loved from the location, cleanliness, comfort, facilities and foremost the support of the host. Exceptional stay. Highly recommended and I would come again and stay here

Nothing to tell

- The property was nice and spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed (car park space, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, lots of cupboard space, wifi, tv). - The staff at reception were very lovely and friendly. - I was worried that being in apartment 2 meant most of our view of the lake would be block by the apartments in front but it didn’t pose any issues. Loved the view from the front and the back of the house. - I was also concerned that I would hear the occupants in apartments 1 and 3 but sound proofing in the building is great and we didn’t hear a thing. Very comfortable stay and so happy I booked here.

No issues. Nothing wrong with the mattress in the apartment but I do prefer to sleep on a firmer mattress.

relatively new, modern design, bright, with lake views, close to town, good kitchen and laundry facilities. We had good impressions from our first stay in 2019 and that’s why we returned for a second stay.

Cool light bulbs in bedroom were off-putting (as opposed to warm yellow lights which create a cosy ambience); trash bins outside were already full to the brim when we arrived; shower cubicle had some mildew; toilet bleach bottle was empty; no hand soap in the kitchen; clock on living room wall had stopped because it had run out of battery; queen mattress was too soft. A firmer, king mattress would have made for more comfortable sleep. Housekeeping needs a bit more attention to details?

The location and the view outside apartment.

Location was good. Clean and fully equipped Kitchen. Same Alpine Apartments had a No 1 Apartment that had the better view. the view from Apartment # 2 where we stayed was bit hidden by the Building in front. The Hotel manager was great, very welcoming and provided added value with tourist advise

The view could have been better , next time I will try and book Apartment No 1. the bathroom extract fan and Toilet heater seemed to cut out and come back on intermittently. The TV did not have Sky connection which would have been preferred
