A comfortable hotel close to some of the main tourist spots in Athens. Rooms have been refurbished to a good standard. Not very big but if you are out all day sightseeing is not an issue. Bed was very comfortable and tea, coffee facilities with a small fridge was a bonus. Breakfast choices were a bit the same every day but there were plenty of options in the area if you wanted a change of menu. Staff were very helpful and obliging.

Hotel was on a non traffic street so taxi could not drop you at the front door but rather at the end of the street which wasn't far but if you had a few bags it could be a problem.

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas y del metro al aeropuerto. Instalaciones bastante nuevas. Zona bastante segura siguiendo las precauciones normales de los turistas en todas las ciudades, con muchos restaurantes en los alrededores. La atención del personal muy buena.

Reservamos dos habitaciones dobles y, mientras una se correspondía con las fotos y era la buena habitación que esperábamos, la otra era una habitación más bien individual con una cama grande o una doble muy pequeña. Solo tenía una mesita, un armario pequeño que tuvimos que utilizar abierto como segunda mesita, poco espacio para moverse y no tenía sitio para colocar las maletas. Además la ducha tenía el acceso sin puerta que hacía que se mojara todo el suelo. Comenté el último día lo de la habitación con la responsable, una persona muy amable, y me indicó que la habitación estaba considerada doble con las medidas indicadas y a lo mejor sin una buena distribución, añadiendo que si lo hubiera comentado antes hubiera intentado cambiarme a otra. Agradecí el detalle y le di mi opinión que esa habitación no se podía vender como doble normal y que había descartado otros hoteles por habitaciones similares que llamaban dobles pequeñas. Al haber tenido dos habitaciones ahora entiendo los comentarios contradictorios que había leído referidos a las habitaciones dobles.

Personnel très agréable et serviable, petit déjeuner correct, chambre bien équipée (la bouilloire et le café était un plus!) Bon emplacement près du centre.

Très déçue de ce séjour. J'ai réservé cet hôtel car les autres commentaires disaient qu'il était très calme, mais ce n'était pas le cas. L'hôtel se situe dans un quartier animé avec beaucoup de bars et restaurants et les chambres donnent sur la rue, donc il était très bruyant, ce qui n'était pas idéal pour un séjour d'affaires. De plus, quand je suis sortie le matin pour mes rendez-vous, il y avait des toxicomanes dans la rue à côté de l'hôtel.

Good location, nice staff. The breakfast was ok, but the same every day.

The rooms were pretty small and had thin walls. The pictures were way better vs. reality. The bathroom had a glass door with no hermetic closure, so it was not too much privacy. Initially, we received a room that was already occupied, and we found personal belongings in it. We were lucky that the guests were not inside. 😁

Walking distance from all attractions, lot's of places to eat and drink around but the hotel is in a small alley so its very quiet. Breakfast is very good with hot dishes. Don't count on the coffee but you can drink a good one any where near. The room is big enough with minibar.

Πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Τα παιδιά στη ρεσεψιόν πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν. Με το χαμόγελο κάθε στιγμή.

Η ποικιλία και η ποιότητα στο πρωινό. Καζανάκι πολύ θορυβώδες. Δεν είχε πόρτα το μπάνιο. Δεν υπήρχε συσκότιση στο δωμάτιο από το παράθυρο στο ταβάνι.

Camera sufficientemente grande e luminosa,dotata di tutto ciò che prevede la categoria del 3 stelle: cassaforte,frigo bar, bollitore e acqua di cortesia. Hotel situato in centro e molto vicino alla metropolitana con facilità di spostamento.

Despite being located in the centre of Athens, the hotel is located in a very quiet region. Not only that, it is not far from the main places one can wish to visit in the central area of Athens. The breakfast was amazing, as well as the service provided by the staff. The rooms are compact, which makes it easy to get what you need across the room space.

Nothing. Maybe it's worth considering adding a small door for the showers, so the water doesn't sprinkle outside shower borders. The floor gets a little bit slippery but it's not something that I consider a bad thing.

Excelente ubicación! Salis del hotel, caminas 2 cuadras y estás en el centro de restaurantes divinos de todo tipo. Caminas subiendo un rato y llegas al Partenon. Maravillosos los restaurantes en las callecitas que suben y bajan, de película. La atención de la gente de recepción: excepcional, te explican todo lo que necesites. Cerca del puerto si vas a las islas en barco: 15 minutos de taxi.

El tamaño de la habitación es realmente muy chico. Las valijas no nos entraban, apenas podiamos caminar. Bueno, es el tamaño de la habitación pero para personas de gran porte.... a tener en cuenta. MOSQUITOS! dejar el repelente a mano, te dan un aparatito para mosquitos, enchufarlo. Se escucha bastante el ruido de la gente en la calle.

Pois lähtiessä vastaanoton nuori mies ilmoitti minibaaria maksaessani, että luottokortillani ei ole katetta 7.11. klo 10.30. Koska myhästyin paluulennolta jouduin kääntymään poliisin ja Suomen suurlähetystön puoleen kyetäkseni maksamaan uuden lentolipun. Siskoni rahalähetyksen turvin sain uuden lentolipun. Luottokortillani oli yli 3000 euroa luottoa. Vastaanoton poika halusi ilmeisesti omaan taskuunsa minibaarimaksun 30 euroa. Todella törkeää ja aiheutti täydellisen kaaoksen minulle. Luottokorttitilanne selvisi kyllä lentoasemalla mutta vastaanottopoika oli jo vahingon aiheuttanut. Olen aina luottanut booking. comin toimintaan ja hotelleihin 100 prosenttisesti. Ensi vuoden alkupuolella minulla on 3 hotellivarausta ja toivon etten tule pettymään.

המיקום של המלון היה מושלם- כמה דק הליכה מתחנת המטרו (שנסענו בו משדה התעופה לאתונה). המלון עצמו אינטימי, צוות מסביר פנים שעזר בכול מה ששאלנו/התייעצנו, החדר מקסים- מיטה נוחה, מקרר קטן, מקלחת מפנקת. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצויינת, היה מבחר מגוון, האחראית על המטבח הייתה נעימה ואדיבה.

Only stayed one night, but felt the hospitality, friendliness and helpfulness were great. A traveling companion had her luggage lost and so I spoke to reception a couple of times about looking out in case it came. They were very empathetic and tried to provide suggestions to assist in the predicament. The location of the hotel was in a very nice neighborhood within walking distance of many al fresco seating restaurants (in May). The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable (although I was pretty tired so that helped).

The room is a bit on the small side, with not much area to manuveur. A visiting friend actually hit their shin on the the bed corner when trying to navigate around it

New little hotel right in the heart of Monistraki, but just off the main drag. Location is perfect for getting around the city with train station only a few minutes walk . Modern hotel with lovely comfy beds, good shower. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very limited. We ended up bringing our own non-dairy milk for cereal.

Staff were really helpful, organising airport and port transfers for us and helping us with walking directions to attractions. The rooms were clean and tidy and was overall good value for money.

The bottom hinge on the bathroom door would get caught on opening and closing and it sounded like the glass would break.

Beds were super comfy, had everything we needed - the breakfast was amazing!

Friendly staff member completely organised our limited time in Athens to maximise our experience. Did not expect such helpful advice. Good location for train to airport and solid breakfast.

Double room indicated that it could cater for three adults. Fold out bes provided for third bed was extremely uncomfortable.
