Awesome location and great unit - had a kitchen and loads of room

It was a clean room. Enjoyed the two queen beds, the mini living room, the mini kitchen with the spacious counter top, the extras drawers for our clothes and the big tv. I liked the bathroom was a good size to share for two people. The 3-sided alarm clock was great from any view from the bed. The big windows with a view to the city and street was amazing.

The pillows were too soft that I use two of them. No coffee machine/service in the lobby.

We loved the convenient location. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

That we were ticketed for dropping off my car by using a tow dolly that we didn’t leave even after paying for parking for 3days

Location, room & view were amazing.

Jimmy at check-in was not pleasant & although I had my booking confirmation he setup a second reservation that charged me a no-show $215.81. Management slow to respond but eventually refunded at checkout & Jimmy was blaming the "system" or booking.com which I knew wasn't the case. Overall I'd stay again.

No gym or pool but it’s not a big deal. I’d have another stay here.

I liked the location & the beauty of the hotel.

I didn't like the fact that valet was almost non-existent during my stay. At one point, we had to leave our keys with the front desk because no one was available to park our vehicle. What disappointed me the most was that we woke up to having no running water in our suite on Saturday morning. It would've been great to have that information communicated to us. On top of that, the elevators were faulty. Our fun weekend turned sour, but we still tried to make the best of it.

Location good. Water failed on Saturday and some of our group was offered a compensation and we were not.

Very helpful and friendly front desk reception. We came in to the sound of vibrant live piano melodies. Ms. Daya made our stay all the more memorable! Loved the spacious suite set up for 2 Queens and the location of the hotel which was within walking distance of the French Quarter, and other attractions and well serviced by means of transportation.

A breakfast option would increase the appeal of this hotel. Would have appreciated some recognition for choosing this hotel as part of a 50th birthday celebration.
