The staff was friendly. They texted me when I checked in and asked how things were going. Everything was going good but we did not have a iron and they sent one right up. It was clean, quiet despite where we where. I would definitely book with them again!!!

The bed and pillow were comfy. The A/C in the room was extremely cold. The TV had a lot of channels to choose from. Room came with a fridge which was convenient.

The valet was extremely rude. Wouldn't acknowledge me or make eye contact. Made me feel like I was bothering him just because I wanted to park our car.

Just off Bourbon Street and night crowd very loud and lots of smoking of several different things. Saw one of employees smoking a cigar while I waited for my car out front. Unprofessional. Poor was very dirty.

Great location. Easy to walk around to everything. Stay goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable.

Parking is offsite. Was not a negative thing considering location. Most Parking will be garage attendant parking.

From the moment we stepped into the room, we questioned how clean it was. it smelled faintly of smoke and the carpet was very dirty. The worst part of the stay was during the second night, the air conditioning quit blowing cold. This would not be remedied until late the next night, it was miserably hot and we were unable to sleep. When we informed the front desk staff, we were told we would be refunded for one night of our stay but the refund still has not shown up on our statement.

My second time staying there. The property is nice and in good location.

Valet parking was horrible. Construction was at valet spot. Staff didn’t know where to tell us to park. Finally after several calls they gave us address of parking garage. Got there and parked our car and shuttle took us a block away from hotel on Bourbon street. Said on departure we just need to ask for shuttle back. Construction completed. Day we left there was no shuttle and valet would not go get our car so we toted our luggage approximately 3 blocks back to get our car.

It's convenient to everything, and you can walk right out the door and be on Bourbon Street if that's what you want. There was a Line Dance convention in town that weekend. I never knew there was such a thing. Lol. Everyone had a good time. The check-in/check-out process from the front desk staff was flawless. They deserve a raise.

The only complaint I had was that there was a slight odor in the carpet when I checked in. After running the air conditioner for a couple of hours, the smell lightened up.

The restaurant, although it's not adjacent to the hotel (can tell). The food through limited was tasteful. The room was clean and large. The view was limited (from the room we were given).

When we enter room. The maintenance door to the air-conditioned unit was on the floor, There is no room service from the restaurant to the room. Also, I called about the "door "(air-conditioned unit), my call was answered in do time,but the door fell down during the night. The air-condition made noise (like a humming/whine). Then came the main event: my girlfriend and I was doing a "Date-Night". A play and a hotel stay in town. We checked out, asked for my vehicle (given the ticket issue to me). That was not my vehicle, that arrived. From your hotel to our job, was the plan. And due to a mixed up. We were late to our jobs. Also, something that needs to be addressed: rust spots around the bath tub.

I paid for the room through your application for $126. And later, after staying there, they charged me another amount of $138, more than through the app, and now they are trying to refund me $126 without explaining why I have to pay more than I paid through the app. And when I tried to find out why they were trying to refund me a smaller amount, no one answered, and as a result, the woman at the front desk put me on hold for 50 minutes. And every time I tried to call her back, she put me on hold. I think this is a disgusting level of customer service, we are not at school to play, and put me on hold for 50 minutes, and then put my number on hold every time.

Location is very central, in the French quarter. Building entry is quite nice and beautiful. Everything is very near.

It was very loud in the room due to some huge equipment right in front of the window what was also blocking the view. It was not possible to sleep in the room due to the sound of this machine. Also... when we booked the hotel it was with breakfast included. In the morning we learned that it was very, very poor breakfast in the bar area. But even this pure thing was not provided next morning as we were informed that the hotel did not have any more breakfast vouchers for us and we would be refunded for each breakfast which was 20 USD per person and $40 for two of us per. At the end of our stay we were only refunded 20 USD per breakfast. We were very disappointed!!!

Great location for the price. One of the nicer hotels in the area. Extremely quiet inside the building.

It was freezing and they didn’t have any extra blankets until three days into our trip. Multiple elevators were broken.

There was mold on the walls and it had a bad smell. The second room the ac was not working properly. I had asked for more blankets and no one ever took anything to the room the beds were so uncomfortable.

Tolles Hotel direkt an der Bourbon Street. Wir haben unser Auto selbst in einer nahe liegenden Parkgarage abgestellt. Das Vallet Parken war uns zu teuer. Wir haben das Frühstück im Hotel nicht genutzt, waren dafür aber im naheliegenden Café Fleur de Lis.

Am Wochenende waren extrem viele Schüler da. Daher war es sehr laut. Die ganze Nacht über und in unserem Bad war ein sehr schwacher Druck auf der Dusche und der Abfluss vom Wasser. Sehr schlecht, obwohl wir Bescheid gegeben haben hat es sich nicht gebessert. Sonst war aber alles gut.

Our room didn’t have any handsoap, when asked for some I was told someone would be bringing it and that never happened. Then during valet pickup- they parked our car in the middle of Canal street and a police officer was out there yelling at us to move the car - she was also handing out tickets to all the other cars that were in valet.

Location was perfect on the corner of canal and bourbon street. Short walk to restaurants, cafe beignet, and etc.

Valet parking was 2 hours behind. We were told to walk to get our car from 623 Gravier street or to wait 2 hours. We walked to get our car because had to drive 30 minutes to go to a Swamp tour. After we return to valet, we walked in the hotel room to use the restroom, came back to mention my husband left his phone in the car 20 minutes ago and the phone was gone. The phone went straight to voicemail as it was powered out by someone else as it was not dead. The valet services stole my husband iPhone 14 Pro Max. We had to file a claim with AT&T. Today is Monday, 3/11 and my husband has been without a phone since Saturday, March 9th. He will get a new phone on 3/12 after waiting on the insurance claim. We arrived at the Crowne Plaza on 3/8 with a stay through 3/10. I am going to make a review on every platform until my husbands old iPhone returns to him or he is compensated as he had to pay $249 for a deductible and nightly valet service pay. I do not recommend a property that makes you pay $49 per night for valet services that steal from you and make you walk to get your own car. This unacceptable.

Right in the heart of the action of the French Quarter.

It’s difficult to valet or park if you arrive in the evening after a flight delay. The valet staff know what they’re doing though. You will have to yell to get their attention, but they are very responsive.

It was in the center of everything. Many things were walking distance and convenient.

The rooms were dusty and antiquated. The elevators were subpar and worked sometimes. Vagrants and people who were not residing within the hotel littered the lobby.

I loved this location and all the entertainment that surrounds it.
