Unterkunft war sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber

Unterkunft liegt in einem Wohngebiet, unser Hund war glaube ich nicht ganz so willkommen, nach einem 10€ Schein extra, war es dann aber ok. Die Kopfkissen gingen gar nicht.

The apartment is tiny but really clean and the owners are really nice people.

It was conveniently located and dog friendly

First of all, the flat was advertised as a 4 stars apartment but there is nothing 4 stars about it! Communication with the owner was terrible, he did not bother to text at any point and I was chasing him to get information on how to get the key to the property. He called us half an hour after we left (and we informed him we left) to confirm checkout and wanting to charge us for the dog when he did not tell us for the whole duration of stay there is an extra charge. Flat pictures look so incredible compared to the reality. It's like you go on a Tinder date thinking you will meet with a model and you get the opposite. The sofa in the flat had holes from cigarettes, not enough cutlery for the number of people in the flat, all dishes we had to prewash to use. Flat is not on the street level and when you enter, your kitchen, bathroom and the only bedroom are in the basement. On top of it, to enter the only bathroom with a shower you have to pass through the bedroom and the shower had such a massive yellow -orange scale it was disgusting to take a shower. Microwave is old and broken and continued working even after the timer stopped and even with an open door. It's an electric hazard and we noticed it just in time, otherwise who knows what would happen as it continued spinning until we unplugged it. Towels smelled like a bad case of humidity and cigarettes combined and we had to use our own beach towels instead as much as we could. There is no salvation for those towels and there is no reason not to replace them. The fan &AC were continuously on but it did not help to get rid of the smell of humidity, cigarettes and drain/sewage that did not go away at any time. After 7 days our clothes started to smell of it (and we are not smokers) so bad we now have to wash all of our clothes as the smell got in! It's entirely misadvertised, it's misleading. It might have been 4 stars but now I would not give more than 2.

The apartment was well equipped and spacious.

Everything smelled of tobacco. An air-purifying machine could not mask that smell. Also, the neighborhood was a bit scary to us, with multiple people searching for food in the trash nearby. There is no private parking.

Very comfortable, we felt like home, nice furniture, very clean, the host was very kind and helpful.
