I reserved the room for my birthday. I had a lovely card and pastry in my room upon my arrival-very nice. HOWEVER…. The hotel was no where near full and I was placed next to a room full of screaming kids. Woke up at 5am to blood curdling screams for 2 hours straight. Don’t EVER book a room full of kids next to someone staying for a birthday or special date. Come on, people. The hotel was no where near full. Keep the brats on the 1st floor

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel, its amenities and food were wonderful and the location is great for accessing all the area attractions and tourist locations. Nice it has its own beach too. Loved the interior design of the public spaces. Unique and comfortable. Parking was plentiful and free, which is nice. Artisan is a lovely restaurant and we really enjoyed our meals. We also went out on the Nauti-Cat which was a lot of fun. Great Sunsets too!

The room was a little basic but comfortable and did the job. I'm not sure I would say I didn't like the room, just that it seemed a little less impactful than the rest of the hotel. Plain Jane when the lobby, restaurant and pool was more upscale.

Wonderful location and amenities. Lively environment for the summer. Room, bar and restaurant areas were very nice. Didn’t make it to the pool but liked the setup and layout of everything. Appreciated the transportation available to get to and from downtown Traverse.

The staff was very helpful and took time with their guests, it made the environment in the hotel feel welcoming.

Had to call front desk at one in the morning to let then know that our sheets felt like they where wet because the air was not working right and the was so much humidity in the room that it even smelled! Was not impressed at all, specially for the amount we paid!!!!

Nice for a breakfast BUT scrambled eggs that tasted like powdered eggs. Should have at least waffles or pancakes. For extended stays breakfast very redundant.
