Got to check in about an hour early so that was nice! Rooms were comfortable except the bed was a little soft for me. I like firmer beds. But still slept pretty good.

The towels were soft and the dove shampoo smelled nice
The beds were hard, the bathroom was frustrating... the toilet was crooked and could barely flush the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed so the floor would get soaked.

Maintenance on the facility is lacking. Hallway carpeting was rippled, worn and stained. No hot tub and poorly maintained pool. The air conditioner/heater had mold in it. Old and worn out furniture.

Room arrangement, sink is right next to door, not a private sink area.

The redeeming part of this hotel was that the room didn't have bedbugs and the water for the shower was hot. The hotel is located on one of the main roads and only a 10 minute drive to downtown.
This hotel was in no way worth the $220+/night I paid for it. The rooms are old, but with a fresh coat of paint. Every surface of my room had some kind of mystery stain. There was vomit outside in our hallway for two days and the rest of the common spaces were not clean. Breakfast was laughable- there weren't any options for protein served at all.

the room was comfortable and clean. staffing was short, so I did not mind not having room service.
i will say the facility is fine but it’s going to need some TLC. hallways, elevators so signs of age and use.
so this one is a bit different. my first morning the breakfast was satisfactory. the second day there was no cereal out… the 3rd day no cereal and the biscuits for biscuits and gravy were gone and not replaced. i got down there only an hour into the serving. the common denominator was this guy who I think was kind of a grouch and he just seemed to not be engaged. maybe I’m wrong and there were other reasons… but my observation.

Breakfast was fine. Coffee and hot chocolate provided all day was wonderful. The lobby and breakfast area were nice and have been updated.
It smelled like smoke throughout the building. The carpets need to be changed/updated. The pool was dirty and there were broken tiles around the pool deck. The hot tub wasn’t working.
