Very nice property- good location- we recommend it to friends that have already booked it. The only disappointment was that we were e- mailed the wrong entry code. We called the contact & found the offices closed for the weekend. Someone did call back fairly quickly with correct code. Not a terrible thing but an important detail after a day of traveling.

House is perfect for a couple close to everything! Jacuzzi is nice after a long day of walking to just relax in the privacy of your own backyard. Bed was comfy. Only downfall is the parking if you have a car, however we were able to park for free on the street within a few blocks of the house so not a big deal for us. Management was great they checked in on us day of arrival and were quick to answer any questions!

My wife and I went down for our first time to key West and the property couldn't have been in a better spot. Basically within walking distance of everything but far enough away to "be away". From inside and out the cottage is great. The back patio is perfect to just relax and the cottage really has absolutely everything you would need. Find a paid lot to park your car and take in key West...we didn't get back in ours until the morning we left. Just grab a coffee pay your parking and you can do the loop in about a 5-10min walk

This was a clean well appointed house. The private patio, hot tub and outdoor (indoor also) shower was great. You do not need a car if you planning on seeing the sites downtown. It was only a $20 Uber fee to get to the marinas for fishing trips. I would highly recommend it. The folks at Preferred Properties we excellent.

This was one of the best places we have stayed in keywest since we started we come 3 times a year roughly and hands down from the hot tub to the interior it has definitely left us wanting to come back. The only unfortunate down side is there is no parking. If your lucky there are spots that are free from midnight to 8 am.

First off, Angie with Preferred Properties is absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I when we found ourself in need of last minute accommodations. I really can’t say enough about how fantastic she was! Outside of that, the home had absolutely everything we needed and was in the perfect location to walk to everything. It has an amazing intimate fenced in back yard with a great jacuzzi. If you are thinking of booking, think no more, BOOK IT!

Place was awesome, and location allowed us to walk almost everywhere in the old town and waterfront areas. Parking can be difficult, but rarely used the car. Unless driving down from Miami, I would recommend no car. just walk, bike or scooter. Manager was great to deal with. Quick responses and helpful.

The location is perfect. Nothing was too far of a walk but I'd recommend a bike or cart rental. The rental was clean but the floors need a good scrub. The AC doesn't work super well but we managed. The dryer does not work so I wouldn't depend on it for your stay. Nothing serious but I'd consider it if you plan on booking. Everything else about this rental was perfect. The outdoor space was our favorite part. Water pressure is better outside! Bed is SUPER comfortable. Kitchen was awesome, had to run the dishwasher twice but it got the dishes clean after the second run. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!

We absolutely loved staying in this sweet little place just 2 blocks down from Duval. It had absolutely everything we needed and the property management team was awesome. This little cottage was perfect for my husband and I during our anniversary trip to Key West! It’s cute, with everything you could need. It’s so close to busy Duvall Street but still quiet with lots of privacy for relaxation. Preferred Property was wonderful and made themselves available for any questions or needs, they even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a note wishing us a Happy Anniversary! Absolutely recommend! You won’t be disappointed!

Booked this primarily for the walkable location which is 110% perfect! Some reviews make note of noise however was not a problem for us at night as we closed the doors from the bedroom and bathroom; and we are LIGHT sleepers. Otherwise yes; you can hear traffic/people very clearly in the home however I am sure that is the same or norm in many more homes this old.
Super clean property and plenty of kitchen extras if you feel the need to cook.
Not so great moments or items......the mattress was not great however the owners have since ordered a new one which was coming in last night before we checked out. Hot tub; only half of it worked. Both of these two items we only found out half way through our stay NOT before. The last two mornings of our stay we had a random gardener company using a leaf blower and trimmers on the back deck at 8am and another gentleman running/checking hot tub. Notification of random people showing up would of went a long ways as we clearly didnt get to sleep in our last two mornings needless to say they saw us sleeping! Toliet paper; is limited and not noted until you get there on the welcome book. For a 8 night stay; we got 3 skinny rolls which I've never had experienced prior to this stay and more so at this price point.
Great location and super clean; we just felt a bit cheated based on the money we spent for 8 nights which isn't cheap.

We have stayed 2 times at the Conch Cottage. The place is great, the location is excellent, the management company is wonderful! Special shout out to Angela, so helpful. Only downside is no ice maker. 100+ degrees and we had to use plastic ice trays to make ice. Please get an icemaker!

I've visited Key West many times, and this visit was one of the best. If this cottage had off-street parking, it would be the best rental ever! For a couple, it's perfect. The location couldn't be better. We'd definitely stay here again. One small observation, though: The mattress might be nearing the end of its life or need an upgrade. Overall, fantastic.

Beautiful Home in Great Location
This house was so lovely and very well stocked with everything we needed. My husband and I spent a few days here for our 25th anniversary and loved it. The outdoor space is wonderful and very private. The location was also nice for us. We walked everywhere we wanted to go, but the home is far enough away from the hustle of the night life, that it was very peaceful. Highly recommend!
