The hotel locate close to train station- it is comfortable if you need to spend only overnight.

Clean and cozy room, nice staff!

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff - both at the front desk and at breakfast. The room was much larger than expected, modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. We found the breakfast options to be good. Overall, we had a great one night stay.

Parking was a little bit difficult to find if you happened to miss out on a spot in the designated parking area.

Breakfast was okay.

I don’t remember exactly what I didn't like. But It was fine at all.

Stoped there for a night on the way to our final destination. The room was very big, the hotel itself is old but has a free parking and it was what we needed The staff was very friendly and helpful

AC did not work very well

The breakfast is suitable and the location is very good. It is approximately less than 500 meters from the bus station, and less than 300 meters from the shopping center.

The staff are great, they are very kind and helpful.

Spacious room and bathroom. The room was tidy and the beds were comfortable.

Very old and tiny elevators in which you don't feel safe. The stairs were the better option, despite having to walk several floors. The entry and exit from the parking which is on the 3rd floor is very narrow. 2 cars can not pass each other. The AC went off in one the evenings and could not be fixed until late afternoon of the next day. With over 27 degrees in the room the only option was to open the window towards the very noisy street. Sleeping was not possible and no compensation has been offered except apologies from the staff that it is out of their control and they have to wait till the next day for the handyman. The rooms are not entirely soundproof, as the voices and sounds from the other room could be heard clearly.

Big room but that's all

The breakfast was the worst i saw. They don't even have eggs, not to mention cereals or some meat. Just one tipe of sandwiches, yogurt and some fruits. Extremly poor The room might have new furniture but it is old and has a lot of damage. The shower was leaking into the room. In the morning when i got up i ended up in a big puddle of water. Don't get fooled by the pictures, in reality it is worse. The position is even worse. On the street there are a lot of dubious people and prostitutes so it is not very comfortable to walk to city center.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast had enough choices. Not sure what other reviewers were expecting or experiencing but I’d chose this hotel again if I’m in the region. Don’t judge a book by the cover, that’s all I say!

Big and clean rooms. Very nice and helpful receptionist. She gave us lot of good local suggestions.

Breakfast service was a mess. It was arranged to be a buffet, but due to corona restrictions it was served by staff. They were severely under staffed and we had to wait in long queues for our turn. Even then the waitresses sometimes forgot what we asked for because too many people were there for too less staff. The building parking is really old and so is the room.
