Very kind and host and family. The house is clean and wel equiped. Everthing you need is closeby. We enjoyed our stay and Will definitly come back when we visite Terceira .

The best in this place is the attitude of the host - she is welcoming, kind, always reachable. She answers any questions at no time. She greeted us on arrival, showed us around and was always next doors - we could easily get in contact with Lucia. The house has its personal touch and it feels really like visiting one's own Grandmother or mum. The furniture has a charm of old days - nevertheless it is comfortable and very nice looking. All the beds in all 3 bedrooms were wide, soft, comfortable enough, bed linen crispy clean. The bathroom is large and has all the necessary things, including hairdryer and different types of shower gels, shampoos etc. The kitchen has all the possible imaginable machines to make one's life easier - coffee machines, several types of blenders, a mixer, a dish machine, a stove. There is a possibility to have all the meals outside or inside - it depends on the weather conditions. The property is 10 meters away from a public bus station - the bus on weekdays ir every hour, on weekends and festive days - every 2 hours. If you plan your time it is easy to use the bus. The last one on weekdays is at ~19:00 but it is quite comfortable to use a taxi which is at a good price - 10 euros from Angra. A food supermarket is 100 meters from the house and a bakery 200 meters from the house. Besides there is a local restaurant where you can have lunch or dinner for a very reasonable price. The food there is excellent. The stay at Lucia's place was a pleasure for all of us. She even offered us a ride to Port Martins where you can bathe in natural pools - and afterwards we were taken back home again. It would be so nice to come back one more time!

The house is huge and very well equipped; barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine, tons of towels...Lucia was very kind and helpful at all times. Worth staying in when in Terceira.

The welcome was amazing, ‘Granny’ was waiting us up at the door and showed us the house. We had lots of space and lots of luxuries. We could text with any questions! We told about our romantic get away and they really made it something special! The bus stop is 1 minute away from the house and there is a good place to eat right across from the house as well! With multiple bedrooms to choose from, a big bathroom, multiple sitting rooms and an option to eat inside and outside it was better than we could ever imagine, especially with the price!

The only downside we could think of is that we could find any pepper.. but there is also a supermarket very close, so that wasn’t really a problem.
