Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Broadway am Strand, dem Minor League Ballpark und dem Kongresszentrum entfernt. The area is wonderful and so are the pools and access to the beach. But the condo itself needs a lot of updating. And the house cleaners need to give more attention to baseboards that are black. Tv screens, mirrors. And no smoke

This hotel is for young families that can yell and scream all night long. We booked suite at top of hotel, they put us over the pool we could not see the beach, and heard kids till we went to bed. Facilities is being torn down. Neighbor room got locked in and they had to dismantle door and lock system took hours, kids screaming, all because of maintenance not being done. Front desk does not care about anyone. We have hundreds of condos, houses, and mansion rentals as we have need 8-10 bedrooms when we are all traveling. I am Chairman works in 55 countries. WE SUGGEST GO TO BREAKERS FIVE STAR THREE HOTELS DOWN.

We were in a situation where we needed to change condo locations quickly and this was available and the hosts were very accommodating to get us in early. Condo is nice but could use a few updates. Noise was bad from the pool directly below the condo (we had screaming kids each day and it echoed throughout). Jacuzzi tub wasNice.

The photos made the room look wonderful. The couch inside the residence is very old with stains. The room is not central air/heat there is are two large a/c units in the wall inside. The bed is located right by the door so you will hear all interactions as they pass by the door. The location was on the 1st floor so the view of the ocean was not visible due to trees being in the way. The pool water was very cloudy and there was trash and other items on the elevators. Across the street is an old broke down motel where several individuals stayed. A lot of homeless people close by and overall just not safe if you have teenagers who may just want to walk the beach. As far as the room, depending on what you like it maybe be suitable but it more like a motel 6 with a small kitchen and slight view. The couch seriously needs to go it’s nasty. The owners are very nice but obviously this is a business where money is to be made.

Weather was great! Location was perfect. Building is a little dated and pool/outside area needs updating but other pools and beach bars with walking distance. No store or bar/restaurant on site

The only thing we liked was the bed. We slept good on the bed. The whole condo complex is very old and needs to be totally refurbished. Sooo outdated. Getting and out of the shower/tub is very dangerous to get in and out of. When you sit on the couch you sink to the floor. My husband had to help me up off of it. I will not rent there again unless things do not change.

The location was great overall and the view was lovely. We were shocked when we walked in as the unit was definitely worn. You walk in to the bedroom from the outside corridor which was a bit disconcerting. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was ok. The appliances were new but the cabinets were worn and didn’t stay closed. The couch is worn and definitely uncomfortable. The first part of the week was quiet but the last two days were disturbingly noisy. We loved Myrtle Beach and will definitely be returning though we will look for other accommodations that are hopefully newer and quieter.

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. It had everything we needed. We loved the fireplace , the jacuzzi tub, and the comfortable bed. It was in walking distance to the board walk and grocery store. We really had an amazing time here.

The only thing I liked is it was close to the airport.
Million dollar view? I was looking at the pool and some palm trees. You could not see the beach from the unit I was in, very disappointed because that’s what I was looking forward to. I told the owner how I felt and said that was the first time someone has mentioned the view. I don’t believe other people thought it was a great view, unless they were in a higher up unit.
The building was rundown, it did seem they were working on it a little bit. I’m questioning the other reviews for this unit. I would recommend a different building.

The photos were very accurate in depicting this property. This unit is on the first floor (1 floor above ground level) with a view of the pool and lazy river areas. This cut down on privacy when on the balcony. Also, the palm trees blocked some of the ocean view. The unit itself was nice with a comfortable bed. The hosts were great at communicating. We had no problems whatsoever.

Very cute condo! Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Beautiful ocean view and quick walk straight to the beach! Communication with the owners was super quick and they were so nice and accomodating. Definitely a place to check out!

Room was great, fantastic view and location worked perfectly,as boardwalk was easy short stroll. Right on beach was perfect, beaches clean and not overly crowded. Restaurants and shops close by, most prices reasonable or even to the lower end. Entire area was clean. Weather turned out great. Overall real happy with experience. Will come back again.

We stayed here for an extended weekend getaway and couldn’t be happier with the condo. It had everything we needed, an amazing view of the ocean, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable! The location was perfect, a quick 10 min walk to the boardwalk and many restaurants nearby. We look forward to staying here again!

The owners of this property are super accommodating and easy to work with. We were able to extend our checkout time for a small fee to accommodate our travel arrangements which we really appreciated. The condo itself is lovely. It is on the first floor of the tower (one review complained about the view) but the views were amazing. We loved being ocean front looking out over the palms. The king size bed was also extremely comfortable! The location was fantastic and we were able to walk to local tiki bars, mini golf and shopping. The rest of the building would be two stars. The hallways and elevator weren’t in the best shape. However, the pools were nice, you can walk right onto the beach (which wasn’t crowded) and unlike some pools, there were plenty of lounge chairs. If you’re looking for five star accommodations, this isn’t your best bet. If you’re looking for wonderful owners that are easy to work with, an ocean front view with a nice pool and super easy beachfront access, this is your spot.

The location was amazing. It was convenient to the Boardwalk and the view of the ocean was nice. The condo was clean with a comfortable bed. Well definitely return.

The condo met our expectations as stated on the website. We had a great time with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The view was spectacular. Gary and Brenda were easily accessible and quick to respond with any questions. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Nice and relaxing stay
Me and my husband stayed here for a two day getaway. The property was clean and ready for us. Very convenient to board walk and all other attractions and restaurants in the area. The condo is indeed oceanfront and has a great view of the water. The building itself and room was a little dated, but I applaud the owner’s upkeep of the condo and comfort of the bed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and have no complaints or dissatisfaction.

The view is wonderful from the balcony. I found the condo to be very cozy and comfortable overall. Communication regarding the room, key code, etc was very clear and concise. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

MYRTLE BEACH STAY
The location is fabulous. The condo had the necessities. The bed was very comfortable. We brought our own pillows so can't address those but from what I could tell they were good. The lazy river didn't flow, you had to push off the sides but they did clean all the pools every morning. Lots of lounge chairs, never had a problem getting two together. We came and went all day and never had a problem getting a parking spot. Good location for walking to shops and restaurants.
