Had a great stay at this property. Very well located next to Old Town La Quinta and also for the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament.

Host was very responsive to all of our needs.

This house was perfect for our family. Loved the amenities. Close to restaurants and shops. Overall the house was clean but it could use a deep cleaning. There was dust build up on all areas of the house. Would definitely stay again.

This was our first-ever holiday in a non-family home. It suited us well. Our two toddlers swam almost every day. The house is comfortable and well-appointed. This is the second time we’ve booked with this owner—just wonderful!! Thanks!

Staying at 1 location, had a propane issue, so owner moved us to an identical property quickly. Location was great for hiking trails and not far from many restaurants. Hot tub was great, even the unheated pool was wonderful...hadn't planned to use the pool, so didn't do the heating. Was great. Plenty of kitchen supplies to meet our needs. It was a great long weekend.

The house has a nice layout. Hot tub needs to be more user friendly. We struggled with using the hot tub when we wanted to use it. Outdoor patio furniture needs replacing. Deep cleaning of property required. General maintenance on property needs attention.

Nice location for a golf trip. Restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet. PGA west courses were only a few minutes away. We had a little trouble figuring out how to operate the spa thru the iPad on the wall but not a big deal. There was a notebook in the home but here were no directions on how to unlock the iPad or how to control the spa. Check out checklist was clear and simple. While we didn’t use the kitchen much it appeared to have everything needed. Would stay here again.

We had the unfortunate experience of arriving at the property and other renters were already staying there. The worst part is the host took no accountability and blamed it on a system syncing issue between VRBO and another rental platform. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a VRBO property. My girlfriends and I were stranded in the city having to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute.

This place was perfect! We had a mix of family and coworkers here for a conference. The double room with its own bath was great. Pantry items were a plus for cooking. Pool was perfect for the kids!

Me and my family love the house the pool was crystal clear house has open floor plan with lots of room in a nice quiet neighborhood and also the owner is very friendly and answered our every need we will definitely be back for more family time.

The house was clean and had a bathroom for each person. The pool was so nice to have in the desert. Very easy entry and leaving with multiple guests. Highly recommend!

My 18 year old daughter and I (her mom) stayed at the property for almost a week and we really enjoyed our stay there and would come back again with the whole family or friends. Great things about the home: large smart TVs, kitchen and great room are very open and bright, large dining room table to do crafts and able to see TV, comfortable beds, outdoor seating is very nice, ability to be in shade outside or full sun by pool at any time of the day. Location: being able to walk to Old Town La Quinta in about 7 minutes! where there is great dining and some shopping, also walking distance to Starbucks and Grocery Outlet. The owner David was very easy to communicate with and accommodated not only an early check in but a late check out. Can't wait to come back!

We were there for a wedding. This house was the perfect oasis for relaxation. The host was awesome and available. Restaurants and grocery stores were close by. If we come back to the area I would definitely rent this house again.

If you like to cook, and appreciate a great well-equipped kitchen, this is not the property for you. We were quite disappointed to find several missing essential items, (can opener, vege peeler, small cutlery spoons, hot oven mitts) including no electric kettle, which we then went out to purchase, drawers off track, cabinet hinges askew, a toaster oven at the end of it's life, filters needing replacement, gas burners w/ uneven flames, and on day 8 of our 14 day stay - black ants appeared crawling on the kitchen counter. Remainder of house OK, but not as lovely as pictured on website.Location & neighborhood nice, close to lovely park. The owner was responsive and provided one additional frying pan. The owner responded very quickly once we reported the appearance of the black ants.

We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms were great and we really appreciated the large dining table that could fit us all. However, almost every wall is covered in black scuff marks and/or dirty fingerprints. The place was very dusty especially baseboards and fans. All the beds squeaked excessively and loudly to the point it would wake us up throughout the night. The floors desperately need a mop - the bottoms of our feet were all black from walking around. We found multiple wall outlets didn’t work including in the bathrooms which was inconvenient. Overall the place has potential and would stay again if their cleaning issues were resolved.

Great modern home in an excellent location for walking to town. Jacuzzi was great to have and property manager was very responsive. Spacious living/dining/kitchen area and 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Overall a wonderful stay!

The property was just as advertised. It was very clean, nicely furnished, and you can tell the owners take pride in their home. There were more than enough dishes and utensils. The kitchen was well-appointed overall; the only thing we couldn’t find was a wine bottle opener. The 3 King size rooms and one room with 2 queens was the perfect fit for our group. Beds were comfortable, nice linens. Truly a wonderful property. We paid extra to heat the pool, which was worth the $ but I would suggest that the owner turn the pool heater on the day before guests arrive so they can get the full value, as it took a 1.5 days to heat. Once it heated up, it held the heat nicely with normal operation. Jacuzzi was quick to heat up after the pool and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We’d stay hear again next time Soccer brings us to Indio!

Modern, clean property with plenty of room for multiple guests. Just a few minutes walk from LaQuinta town center restaurants and shops. Nice pool and other amenities. The owner was very responsive with good followup.

Seven of us stayed here while going to the Pickleball National tournament and then LevelUp Pickleball camp. The property is really lovely and spacious and the owner provided everything including hair dryers and soap products. We would definitely rent again.

Everything about the stay was smooth, clean and perfect for my friends and I. No complains, beautiful lay out and well maintained. Would come back again in a heartbeat.
