Great location in the heart of Johnson City.
Apartment neben der East Tennessee State University und ganz in der Nähe der Veteranenverwaltung und des Johnson City Medical Center. Nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt oder von North Johnson City entfernt. 6 Meilen in die Innenstadt von Jonesborough und das Storytelling Festival. 20 Meilen zum Bristol Motor Speedway.
HVAC ersetzt vor einem Jahr oder so. Es ist ein schnörkelloses Stadthaus (kein Pool, keine Tennisplätze, keine Garage usw.). Die Wohnung Verein ist im Begriff, einige Außenarbeiten und Landschaftsbau, so sind die Dinge ein bisschen nackt von außen. Das Innere ist jedoch sehr sauber und komfortabel.
Dies ist eine sehr sichere und meist ruhige Gegend. Es ist in der Nähe des Campus, so dass Studenten gelegentlich laut werden, aber meine Nachbarn sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe mich dort immer sehr sicher gefühlt.

Overall we enjoyed our visit. The owner seems to care about his guests. The property was clean and well furnished with supplies, including a nice gift basket with snacks and water. My only complaint was the noisy beds. They slept fine but any movement caused squeaks. Also, both bedrooms are upstairs and we had to supervise my elderly mother on the rather steep stairs. These are minor issues and we really liked the property. It is very convenient to ETSU and that was great.

My only complaint was the noisy beds. They slept fine but any movement caused squeaks. Also, both bedrooms are upstairs and we had to supervise my elderly mother on the rather steep stairs. These are minor issues and we really liked the property. It is very convenient to ETSU and that was great.

Perfect spot to unwind. Close to ETSU. Great location to Buffalo Mountain and the local breweries. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the back deck for breakfast, office check in and drinks. . Johnny was personable and welcoming!

The property was as described and possibly the cleanest vrbo we’ve rented. We enjoyed the back deck and games provided. The apartment is close to groceries and restaurants. We appreciated the welcome basket as well as dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, and the like, which not all rentals include. Our only complaint was that the mattresses were protected by a plastic cover (which I completely understand why) which made the beds very hot. Other than that, our stay safe as perfect. Thank you!

The townhouse was very clean, with lovely interior decorating. Everything we could want was supplied in the unit, and a welcome basket full of goodies awaited us on arrival. There is a creek behind the unit with geese, which we enjoyed. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay here. We came down for the NASCAR race at Bristol and the place was a short half hour drive. The owners had great communication and I would recommend people to stay here.

Good for the quick trip
This property was perfectly situated for our visit from Florida to our college student in Tennessee. The owner was really really pleasant. Thank you for the thoughtful basket that we discovered upon our arrival. Everything that we needed was at the property.

This condo is comfortable and clean. Great location close to ETSU, shopping and restaurants. Host answered our questions quickly. Easy keypad check in. Nice amenities including a coffee maker and toaster, large screen TV and parking right outside the home.

Best experience ever!
The house is so cute and clean! Johnny has everything you need to make your stay feel just like home. It’s within walking distance to ETSU (although we drove) and the town has everything you could want or need. We will be back!

Exactly as advertised. Good location, convenient to everything. Property Owner responds very quickly and extremely friendly. Beats a hotel any day hands down. We would stay here again and hope it’s available the next time we come to town.

Quiet, clean, comfortable
We enjoyed the grill and back deck. We had coffee and breakfast every morning on the deck where you can hear the sound of the nearby small creek. We grilled steaks one evening and the grill was a nice addition. It’s a fully stocked kitchen so if you don’t want to eat out, everything you need to cook is in the kitchen. The towels and linens are super clean. We recommend booking this unit. We plan on staying again on future visits.
