Ali was a great host and helped with anything we needed from ordering pizza to organising trips and even a lift from he airport. A top top guy. Very good English/American (lol) and a very honest man. 6 of us stayed at the villa and had plenty of space for us. The area inside the villa was spacious and clean perfect for a group of friends. The pool was area was well looked after with plenty of sunbeds. Bbq available too. Was I a good location in-between senzo mall and the sheraton road so marina was only 15mins by uber around (£1). Our age group was from 26 hrs to 55 yrs old and everyone left the villa with big smiles. Cheers ALI. See u again soon

The outside looks nice and the host let us bring an extra person for free.

Warning - The Villa is actually not a villa. The place was like an apartment with a pool. The upper half of the house is used by other people. So be aware that you only have the ground floor of the house. The accommodation wasn't clean, there were roaches everywhere, the pool water was dirty, and the bathroom and kitchen were disgusting. The other bedroom with two beds had an open toilet and shower, which we didn't know about because there were no photos of it. Also, one bedroom does not even have Air Conditioning! If we had known that, we wouldn't have booked this place, nobody wants to sleep next to an open toilet. Further, a rat was running in the bedroom. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the dishes were nasty and dirty the kitchen was super sticky. We had to ask the host to bring us a cleaning lady, which we paid for ourselves to clean up the place. The hot water didn't work the first day, so we had to shower with cold water. The pillows were brown and yellow because of the dirt, so we had to ask for new ones. Also, be aware that there are blankets, but without any cover. We had to contact the host every day because of some problem. We eventually got tired of complaining daily; he was friendly, but still, the place was disgusting, and I wouldn't want anyone else to get scammed like us. For the price we paid you can stay in a much cleaner place. For Hurghada, definitely choose a hotel including food instead of a private residence since the food quality of the restaurants in Hurghada is below average.

Amazing owner, location and value for money. The villa is managaed by an amazing owner that will help you with any thing from any inquiries that you have to any recommendations for your program. The villa is very private if you care about that, away from privy eyes. It is to be noted that here are neighbours upstairs that have a seperate entrance and are barely noticable every blue moon due to their older age.

Small and trivial issues that were taken care of and resolved by the owner nearly immediately via communicating using whats app. The master room is also a bit too close to the water pump which might make it a bit too noisy to stay in for those who enjoy total peace and quiet.

it's near and easy to reach clean and full of facilities i liked it so much and Mr Ali was so generous and understanding to all the circumstances really enjoyed it i recommend it for a vacation for couples or a friends or small family you will enjoy the garden and the pool

but won't recommend it for honeymooners after a luxurious hotel
