Standort, Standort, Standort. Unsere geräumige 1800 Atlantic 3-Zimmer-Wohnung bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer von allen drei Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnzimmer. Verschiedene Vogelarten, Bootstouren und üppige Oasengärten sind nur einige Gründe, warum die Menschen immer wieder in unser Paradies zurückkehren. 1800 Atlantic liegt in der Mitte der Insel auf der Atlantikseite. Location was perfect for our annual weekend get away with high school friends from 40 years ago. All places in Key West was a bike ride away. This VRBO met all our needs!

Great condo for 3 couples. One thing we missed in the listing was 1 of 2 hall baths only had a huge tub and no shower. Otherwise, it was super comfortable for all of us. Loved the underground parking which is right next to the stairs up one floor to condo and easy access to pool. The property manager was very helpful when I realized my print out of instructions was in a bag I had already stored with Paradise Porters due to our early arrival prior to check in. The condo is very quiet (we never heard our neighbors) and is in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything (we had scooters for the week) and this is the 3rd time we have rented in the 1800 Atlantic complex - we really love it!

Key West has a party town rep, but here at the south end of the isle you’re a world away from duval - ok a 10 minute Uber ride. You’re a 5 minute walk from a sandy beach with rentals. Property itself is beautiful and the unit has the best location in the complex. Wonderful place to recharge and relax

The views were stunning. The pool is incredbile! The grounds are very clean as well as the condo itself. We had a great time and look foward to returning. The no see ums are very bad at dusk into the night. They tore our legs apart. Legs look like we had chicken pox for a week after returning home. The views out way the biting little nats. I would highly reccomend this condo if visiting key west. Renting the golf cart was clutch, and we did not have a problem finding parking outside the building the entire time we were there.

What a treat to lay in your bed and hear the waves! The wrap around patio was spectacular. The pool and beach area were nice and quiet. Definitely rent bikes and bring tennis racquets. Everything else is provided.

The condo was fabulous! Plenty of room. Kitchen was beyond well stocked with anything you might need to cook. Beds comfy. Air Conditioning was great especially considering the August heat. Views were gorgeous. Complex super nice with pool, bathrooms and work out room. Able to uber or drive everywhere easily. Rented mopeds and that was great to get around/parking and just FUN! Ate seafood nonstop and took two excursions through Sunset Watersports! Departures close to condo and very good employees! Half shell Raw Bar had awesome oysters on the half shell! Enjoyed live music and history at Captain Tony’s. Hemingway House had a cool tour and tons of history!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family! We spent so much time on the wrap around deck. Every single window has a beautiful view. The condo was very well stocked with everything that you might possibly need and then some. We had such a great week together.

We had an amazing visit to Key West! We arrived a few days after Tropical Storm Ian. The streets of Key West had some storm damage, but once we opened the door to 1800 Atlantic, paradise awaited us! The pictures on VRBO of the condo didn't compare to the tropical beauty that awaited us. The condo was brilliantly decorated, impeccably clean and the scenery from every window was of a Caribbean retreat. We were supplied all the beach towels, beach toys, pots, pans etc.. that we needed for our two-week stay. We and our sons and their families loved the wrap around porch. We all delighted in the morning sunrises, evening sunsets and listening to the waves as they belted upon the rocks. We all loved the pool, weight room, barbeque area and surprisingly a library. We visit Key West yearly and we plan to book the condo again.

We’ve been to Key West 4x now and this was by far our favorite condo in 1800 Atlantic. Each bedroom had amazing views. The property was clean, well stocked and well furnished. The only item I’d call out is all 3 tubs are very tall entry. It was a bit difficult for 2 of us - 1 with recent knee replacement and 1 with hip replacement over the last year. It would be wonderful to have 1 low entry shower for seniors or those with issues. Brad was wonderful to work with and even accommodated our Amazon delivery ahead of our visit.

Beautiful ocean front view
Beautiful condo with 3 ocean front bedroom views! Very spacious for 6 adults. Easy access to the pool area. The pool and foliage around the condo was gorgeous! Very close to Higgs Beach and Smathers Beach. I highly recommend!

overall was a good place to stay. Views from the deck are fantastic and overall living space is good. Recommendations would be more pots/pans in kitchen, better mattresses for bedrooms. Didn't appreciate the maximum AC setting could only be 72 degrees.

Beautiful property with great views in great location.
Clean and well-appointed. Loved it!
Issues:
Sink in middle bathroom has a stopper that neither closes nor opens.
Bottom drawer of Armoire in North bedroom is broken so it cannot be opened.
Each bathroom could use one more roll of TP. Had to juggle TP back & forth between 3 bathrooms to make it through a week.

Perfect condo!
My husband and I vacation with two other couples and this was the most perfect condo for Our trip. It had everything we could ask for and the most comfortable couch! We especially enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and the pool and hot tub. The sunsets and sunrises from the balcony cannot be beat! Brad was super helpful and informative and we could not have asked for better hosts. We will definitely stay here again on return trips!

Great Condo!
Location of this condo was great, about a block from Smathers Beach. Very nice first floor corner unit right on the beach with great ocean views. Quiet property with a nice pool. Loved that we were far enough from the crowds but close enough to walk to Duval Street, the Southernmost Point and just about anywhere else we wanted to go. Feels like you are no more than 2 miles from any destination. We would definitely stay here again.

There were 4 girls in the age range 45-52yrs old.
Overall, I must say that the highlight of our KW visit was the condo! We stayed for a week and most nights, we stayed out on the balcony looking at the water, beautiful sky and during the say, we could see manatees. The location was great for us because you were far enough away from all the 'action' but close enough within a 5min drive to anywhere we wanted to go.
Also Bradley was AMAZING from day 1! He was always available for questions and such a sweet person. I would definitely stay here again and will suggest it to others!

Beautiful and big rental
It is prettier in person than the photos. Very clean and spacious, beautifully decorated but my only suggestion would be it needs more pots and pans for cooking. The pool was big with lots of chairs and never a problem to find one. We would definitely rent this until again.
