Der nächste Trail-Eingang befindet sich im Hinterhof! Diese Gegend ist eine typische Vorstadtgegend, die größtenteils in den 90er Jahren erbaut wurde.
Es gibt einen großartigen Minigolfplatz in der Nähe, eine Villa Sport und Lifetime Fitness in wenigen Autominuten. Wir empfehlen Dions Pizza, Urban Egg und Salsa Brava, die alle ca. 1,6 km östlich liegen.

Back Door did not lock!! Exposing ourselves and our property. Notified right away with no repair over the 4 days we were there.
Hot Tub did not turn on!! Again no repair over the 4 days we were there.
Infestation of Spiders. Fan did not work in family room lights out in master bedroom. Large stain right in the middle of room on the carpet.

General layout of the property and the beds were nice. Resolution of issues, such as an exterior door with a broken lock and leaking fridge, although acknowledged as urgent, resulted in not attempts in actually fixing during my stay. Having an outside door that does not lock should be something that gets immediate attention. In the case of a sliding door, simply providing a a piece of wood to block the track would have helped while repair / replacement was pending. Also I had asked about items being available ahead of time in order to pack properly- despite confirmation of availability, some things were not available. Some added bonuses turned out to be disappointing such as an air mattress which didn't hold air. Some minor things like, many light bulbs being out. There is a garage but stuff at one end kept the Suburban from actually fitting in it. The gates along the property fence have sagged overtime do drag along the ground. For the good- Location is nice and although there is not a full view of the mountains, seeing the peaks from the house was nice. the E-lock on the front door was efficient, rooms were a nice size and beds were comfortable. Note that any issue communicated needs to be documented with images and video but that does not in most cases result in the issue being fixed. Great potential for this location if some updates are made to the agining property.

At checkout, house was left in better condition than received, pics taken as evidence.
Not even a single effort made to help fix even a single reported issue. We would have been much better booking a hotel than deal with this mess.
1. Extremely overpriced for a sub standard property being left to be managed by whosoever, away from attractions.
2. Check-in issue coz they sent confusing messages and re-generated codes multiple times.
3. No direct contact number if any issue.
4. Water and ice in fridge not working.
5. No backyard furniture.
6. Grill ket in garage. No instructions. Not clean.
7. Downstairs bathroom shower faucet broken.
8. Toliet gets clogged.
9. Closet door in bedroom downstairs falling off.
10. Minimal dinnerware. We had to buy disposable.
11. Cookware is in extremely bad state.
12. Hot tub was not clean.
13. No washing supplies.
14. Upstrairs shower faucet needs replacement. Tub gets clogged.
15. 2 bedrooms are in the basement.
16. Master vanity light flickers.
17. Cockroaches spotted in house.
We have been to several vacation homes but never been as disappointed on how even the bare basics are lacking in this house.
We paid a whole lot for this house hoping it to be better and equipped. One could have easily stayed in a hotel or another house closer to area attractions that were cheaper and better equipped.
For everything reported from first hour entering the house, they kept giving default scripted reply but never bothered to address any.

The bad:
• After my Mastercard had been charged for the reservation, they harassed me for a 2nd payment method for the security deposit because they don’t accept MC (???). This was my first time using VRBO, and I didn’t realize they could demand a separate security deposit. In fact, VRBO told me in two separate convos that I didn’t have to, but that didn’t help with the host denying access without it. All the back-and-forth added a lot of stress to an already stressful trip.
• House was dirty on arrival. They offered to refund our cleaning fee (which they didn’t). Fortunately, they were able to get cleaners out, but check-in was delayed 4 hrs, which isn’t ideal when you’re traveling with a 3 y/o.
• Vanity lights in the primary bedroom flickered like a strobe light, making them unusable and making getting ready for the wedding we were there to attend more stressful.
• The Wi-Fi didn’t work. Again, more back-and-forth with the host with no result. Near the end of our stay, my husband figured it out and fixed it (a previous guest had reset the router to factory settings), no thanks to the host.
• There weren’t enough washcloths or towels for the size of our party (perhaps related to the lack of cleaning before we arrived).
• The hosts insisted we park in the garage to prevent street parking but did not provide a garage door opener.

Located in a very quiet neighborhood cul de sac. Perfect view out the kitchen window and back yard of the snow covered mountains. Great location within minutes of restaurants and stores. Has plenty of room for a couple or a whole family. Great place to come back to after seeing the sights of beautiful Colorado Springs.

My family and I stayed here while we were attending a family members baby shower in the area. The house is definitely out dated. Could use new shower heads the one is the basement is broken and falls off. The one upstairs blasts water like it’s coming out of a hose. The shower curtains were stained and old. There were dead bugs in the basement. It seemed like someone cleaned after the last guests but it has been a while and no one came to check on the property before we got there. Our biggest issue was that there was WiFi and when I reached out to the PM company they kept asking me the same question and I had to keep repeating myself what the issue was. While I am grateful they were responsive there was no solution and in between spending time with family and friends I had to check the router, take a picture, check the modem, send a picture, restart the modem, restart the router even after doing all of the above several times before contacting the PM. Also they had Roku TVs which are great but since there was no WiFi we weren’t even able to watch the news or local channels. If you rely on WiFi or plan to relax in the evening with your family and friends be sure to check there is WiFi at the property otherwise you will be playing tech support during your vacation. Oh also, in the master bedroom the vanity for the bathroom is exposed without a wall separating the two areas and they used bright white, non-dimmable lightbulbs on the dimming switch so the lights flicker.

We stayed here for an event at New Life Church. It was only 15 minutes from the church and centrally located to everything we needed like groceries, Dutch Bros, and Walgreens. It had plenty of space for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the hot tub and the views while we were there. The home is exactly like the pictures. Communication with the host was excellent.

The hot tub also had not been cleaned at any time during our 6 night stay - that combined with the 94 degree temp (according to the on-site book) with outside temps in the 40's, rendered it unusable.
If this property received the proper care, it would be first rate.

We truly enjoyed our time in this very comfortable home. The neighborhood is very quiet. The views of the mountains were beautiful! This home is very spacious with upstairs and downstairs living that provided for additional privacy. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with most toiletries. We booked this property for a family vacation. We travel a lot both in and outside the US and always rely on reviews to help make the decision of where to stay. Based on reviews, I thought this would be great for a short trip to Colorado Springs with our 3 daughters. We arrived around 10pm and as we did our walk through, we noticed the carpets were extremely dirty. Hair balls on floor by bathroom, several dead bugs/spiders on bedroom floors and overall debris and spots. We vacuumed all the bedrooms before moving any of our stuff in. After getting all our belongings in, and as we got ready for bed, my girls went to their rooms, pulled back the covers and found very large, distinct spots in the middle of 2 beds. It was very obvious what they were from. The other 2 beds appeared wrinkled and slept in. Then, my husband found used contacts sitting on the nightstand beside the bed. The place obviously was not cleaned. I contacted the host a few times by email with all these concerns. Since it was now late and I had not heard back from the host, we left and went to a hotel. Host got back to me and said cleaning people had been there. I sent him the pics of the above listed items and he said he would check and get back to me. I did not hear back from him so emailed again late morning the following day. Again, he said the place had been cleaned and I said I disagreed and pictures to prove otherwise. Since it was clear he was not doing anything, and we were trying to enjoy our family vacation, we booked other accommodations and I asked for a refund. He finally agreed the pics I sent did not match those from his cleaning people. He offered to change the sheets. I explained we had already moved on since he had not done anything to remedy the situation and again asked for the refund. He said he would check on that and get back to me. I never hear back from him and made several additional attempts to contact him. Even going as far as filing a report with VRBO and getting a phone number to call. Still no response.
We are now out of the money from this property, had to pay more than double for last minute accommodations and I have lost some confidence with booking through VRBO.

This was a lovely home, perfect for our overnight needs (5 adults attending memorial services). Ryan communicated regularly and efficiently and let us know what to take care of the morning our stay was ending. Spectacular view of the peaks. Spacious home and well appointed.

The property was amazing! We loved the location, there were many stores and restaurants close. The view of Pikes Peak was amazing, especially from the hot tub. The owners were so easy to work with and communicate with. They even checked in to make sure we were all checked and enjoying our vacation. If staying in Colorado Springs, I would recommend the property. If we are vacationing in the spring again, we will stay here!
