A very short walk from La Spezia’s 2nd train station. The apartment is spacious, has clearly been decorated with care and is beautifully maintained. Local restaurants not to be missed and large new supermarket and it’s cafe are excellent
It’s about 3 miles into the main centre so access to a wider choice of restaurants is a bit of a hassle but it’s location is what makes it such great value for money.

The host was very friendly and met us even after the check in hours due to our unfortunate travel delay. Everything was clean and comfortable and close to the train station to get into La Spezia city centre and to visit cinque Terra.

The accommodation is the best I've had on this 5 week trip. It was clean, roomy, easy to find, and included a washing machine.
The accommodation was a 5 minute walk close to the alternative La Spezia station.
There were plenty of food options nearby.

just under 5 mins walking from the station, also walking distance from the city centre.
for those who doesn’t like too much walking there’s a bus stop just in front of the property.

Silvia was an excellent host. We got there late because of a problem we had and she was very understanding. The apartment is just what you see in the pictures. I would suggest to put a full size mirror in the entrance since the apartment has only one full bathroom. I would recommend this apartment if you plan to go to Cinque Terre

The flat was very clean and modern, spacious and you have all the utilities needed if you want to cook. It actually looks exactly if not better than the pictures. It's close to La Spezia Milarina train station, bare in mind that the main station is La Spezia Centrale but you have good service on trains until very late. I must say that Silvietta was so nice and helpfull to us, any questions we had she replied straight away to our texts. We even broke the moca coffee maker and she didn't ask for extra money. Lovely place to stay!

The appartment is located nearby the train station which was perfect for us who wanted to visit 5-Terre. Given it is located near the street and other buildings you should set your expectations with regards to the noise accordingly. However in the evenings the area is quite empty and silent. Grocery stores, coffee place or ice cream right next to the appartment. The reasonable restaurants are quite distant though. The check in process was very smooth and we obtained all the necesarry information to make our stay nice and comfortable.
