Breakfast was not offered. No microwave in the room and the room was smaller than the room that we originally booked.

Alot of hidden fees not stated upon original booking.

Everyone was very helpful, especially the gentleman that helped me get out of the car garage.

I was not informed that Breakfast was available for hotel guest. The exit from the car garage was not explained. I had turned in my hotel card key that was being asked for to exit.

We went for a very short time. We only stayed there one night and it was wonderful, I have no complaints about and I can totally recommend it.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice.

Lighting under the desk lit up the room and there was no way to turn it off without having to crawl under the desk to unplug it. Coffee maker didn’t work. Hotel was not close to being full and we were given a room that literally looked into the flat roof at 2nd floor level. Super disappointing for the price. Valet parking was expensive.

breakfast was $$ and. didn’t look great. but liked the free coffee. bed wasn’t that comfortable. didn’t like the bathroom door bc made the room so bright for person sleeping.

The property was very close to UT campus. It was very easy to walk to all our scheduled meetings.

We had asked for an upper floor, but were not able to be accommodated. We also asked to be in a room away from the major construction on the property next door, and were not able to be accommodated on that either.

Amazing room, super modern and clean. The rooms and hotel were up kept incredibly well.

Some of the staff seemed clueless. Parking situation was garbage with the valet out front. There's no clear instructions on where guests can park, we parked at a garage across the street... When we told the front desk, we were told to move the cars to the hotel parking garage, and that we would get comp'd the parking for the other garage. The valet had no idea what we were talking about, and by the time we got back up, the receptionist had changed and the new one told us that they don't do refunds... We called the night prior to get early check in as we'd get into town at 1 pm. They said that would be fine and they'd accommodate it. We got there at 2 after a delay, and STILL didn't get a room until 3:30 pm because "no rooms were ready" so we wasted our day sitting around... When we went to check on it after seeing many people check in after us and get rooms before us (?!) the receptionist said "oh I thought you wanted an extra room", after the fact that I said we had one room, two guests at initial check in an hour and a half prior... So we really waited around for NO reason.
