Location was okay

DONT GO HERE! The appartment looks nothing like the photos, which are outdated. The appartment is very dirty and the kitchen equipment was full of leftovers. Let alone the bathroom... horrible. I was very dissapointed. Ruperto takes no responsibility.

Bonito y agradable apartamento en un patio sevillano, muy cerca de todo y lejos del ruido, situado en una calle del casco antiguo, justo al lado de las avenidas que lo rodean y dan paso a la zona moderna.

El mantenimiento es deficiente y el aspecto que produce es un tanto desolador, falta pintura, la mampara del baño y cisterna siguen rotas, el sillón cama ofrece un lamentable aspecto por una huella pasada y la ropa de cama o toallas no ofrecen una sensación segura, por lo que compramos otras toallas. Deben cuidar más los detalles para hacer del lugar perfectamente de diez, pues es posible.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, maksymalnie 20 minut spacerem do najważniejszych atrakcji, blisko do supermarketów. Mieszkanie czyste, na kilkudniowy pobyt w sam raz.

Brak klimatyzacji w sypialni, więc bywa tam gorąco i duszno.

Best part is the location, it is not directly central but - if you like to walk little bit, everything is on the way! Even some good food options. We also liked the andalusian courtyard, even we can't use it, it feels nice.

According to photos it looks bright and sunny, but if you open windows in living room or bedroom, those windows are directly on public balcony and anytime neighbour can pass and look inside, for privacy they can be opened just a little bit, that means not very bright! The bed is very wonky and unstable. I would say for single person, or short (smaller built) couple. The living room felt empty and filled with the cheapest Ikea furniture. We had no intention to stay at this place unless we needed shower or just sleep. For given price it was definitely big dissapointment!

Flat is amazing clean and everything new. Great location. The landlord was available when needed and gave us good tips.

Aircon wasn't working well, the mattress wasn't so confortable

Location was great, The apartment was bright and airy. Lounge size excellent. Close to local shops etc. Only a 10-15 minute walk into centre.

Sofa was uncomfortable, light bulbs were not working, the toilet seat was faulty and there were no window dressings (curtains or voiles) so no privacy if shutters/windows opened. A/c noisy. Kettle very small.
