Amazing Unique Athens Condo In Renovated Church! Walk To Downtown/UGA/Sanford
Diese geräumige 3000 Quadratmeter große Einheit verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer und ist warm und einladend mit Holzböden auf beiden Ebenen und viel, viel Licht. Perfekt für Versammlungen aller Größen, bietet der offene Wohnbereich auf der Hauptebene mit 20+ Fuß hohen Decken einen wunderbaren Fluss zwischen Küche und Wohn- und Essbereich. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei große Master-Suiten mit Queensize-Betten, Memory-Schaum-Matratzen und eigenem Bad. The condo was perfect for our family (18+) while staying in Athens for the Women’s Swimming NCAAs. The listing online is accurate, the host is outstanding, the location is close to UGA and restaurants, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the games were super fun! Hoping to stay here again!

Our Family enjoyed our spring trip to Athens. The ability to walk to town, as well as enjoy local restaurants, and the park so close to the house was fabulous!

We rented the condo to accommodate our family and friends for my son’s wedding.. it was a perfect place to re-connect with our loved ones. The teenagers as well as the adults enjoyed all the games. Plenty of supplies, sheets, towels. We didn’t want for anything. It was a GREAT time for us all! The owner was very accommodating for all our needs.

Great living area. Interesting place. I was under the impression the futon was in an enclosed room but it is not. Two huge bedrooms and downstairs small bedroom. Worked for us except the open futon room. I would highly recommend for 3 couples and extras who don’t mind sleeping in open areas. Would stay there again! Thank you Carl.

This townhome, in a converted church, is simply lovely. Quiet, idyllic setting. Beautifully appointed (as my 11 year old described it), with wonderful owner and property manager. One of, if not the best, VRBO I have stayed in. Five stars!

UGA visit
We were 2 families visiting our daughters at UGA and the property was perfect for us! The house was clean and beautiful, there was plenty of room to spread out and everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. From start to finish owner was accommodating and went out of their way. The place is very spacious, had extra of everything you might need, and parking is right at the door. There was a nearby park you can walk to and around. We also found an abundance of pecans on our walk. We absolutely loved staying here. Highly recommended!

Charming church condo
This VRBO was one of the coolest properties we’ve ever rented. The owner, Carl, was great to work with. We enjoyed ALL the amenities offered in this unique property. Huge rooms, comfortable beds...Walking distance to Downtown Athens and Sanford Stadium.

This is a wonderful property, great location and overall a superb experience. The place is immaculately maintained. Owner communication is top notch. The Sonos speaker system throughout the house makes for good music listening, and the streaming services pretty much provide all the video content you may want. If you need a place to stay in Athens, you need to stay here.

Delightful apartment that met all of our expectations.
We were 3 couples, visiting Athens for a football game. The location is perfectly situated to the stadium and downtown. We loved the eclectic apartment that had everything we needed. Lovely deck with a grill, spacious living room and spacious kitchen. Two of the bedrooms are very spacious with en-suite, the3rd bedroom is small with a bathroom down the hall.

Amazing!!!
We stayed here for our annual trip to Athens with two other couples. We usually stay at a hotel in three separate rooms with no real common area to hang out and visit. It was wonderful to be all together under one roof! The living space is fantastic! We especially enjoyed listening to music and playing shuffleboard while visiting and reminiscing about college years. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of extra pillows and towels available. We even opted to stay in and cook out on the grill one of the evenings.
We have a spot to tailgate at The Tailgate Station, which made the location SUPER convenient!

Exactly as advertised - loved it!
We loved the condo and enjoyed having a quality living space as well as some fun games. We put the shuffleboard and chess board to good use! Carl was a wonderful host, anticipating our needs and responding to any questions right away! We would definitely stay here again. The two bedrooms upstairs are comfortable and have a private bath. The bedroom downstairs with the double is comfortable but shares the main downstairs bath, and the futon is in an alcove on the main floor. Walking distance to campus for sure,but it was hot and hilly so we drove most of the time. It also has a small shady deck - very nice in the summer mornings.

In town for wedding over Memorial Day weekend and had a wonderful stay. Carl’s property is clean and with all the comforts if home. We’d do it again.
