Dieses schöne Einfamilienhaus wurde kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine brandneue, maßgefertigte Küche mit professionellen Geräten. Schöne Jonathan Adler Möbel im Wohn- und Esszimmer. Familienzimmer mit großem Flachbildfernseher. Riesige, voll möblierte Terrassen mit Essbereich im Freien und Blick auf den Strand. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Das Gästezimmer hat ein französisches Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher und ein eigenes Bad. Das 3. Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und teilt sich ein Bad mit dem 4. Schlafzimmer, das über ein Doppelbett verfügt. Das Haus bietet Platz für 7. Internet und Kabel. Außendusche. Rauchen ist auf dem Grundstück drinnen und draußen nicht gestattet. Keine Haustiere. Nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich. Bitte behandeln Sie dies so, als wäre es Ihr eigenes Zuhause.

Another amazing week in Stone Harbor!
This our 6th year staying at this property. We absolutely love it!!! Michele is extremely helpful and always makes sure our stay is wonderful. The home is spotless and you can’t beat the location. We will definitely be back!

With the 2 back decks plus front porch and balcony, you can follow the sun all day. Easy-peazy walk to stunning beach with powdery sand.

Lovely Stone Harbor beach house
We had another wonderful stay at this beautiful Stone Harbor house! The owner was once again very helpful and the house was spotless. Very relaxing trip! We plan to return again next Summer for our 5th year.

Amazing and exceeded expectations.
We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home last week. The location and home are perfect! We walked/biked into town everyday, the beach is right across the street, there is a playground/tennis courts and grocery store right around the corner too. The home was clean, fresh, and just like something out of a boutique hotel. We loved so many things about this home I could go on and on but in a nutshell say this...if you have any doubts, don’t! You will not be disappointed (and I’m PICKY...lol). Michele, the owner was a pleasure to work with. We miss it already and plan on making this an annual summer vacation.

Lovely, well-equipped home
This house is a beautiful home that’s warm and inviting with great spaces for family gatherings inside and outside. The location is spectacular — very short walk to the beach and easily walkable to the town center. The owner was responsive and wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend!

The perfect beach house for your family vacation!
This is the best house we have rented in Stone Harbor. The beds are amazing and everyone slept great. The beach is a short walk away and our family was able to go back and forth to the beach throughout the day. Wonderful outdoor seating for family dinners! This house has it all!

It was our second year staying in this house. We had another fun and relaxing trip to Stone Harbor! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this house to any family looking for a beautiful beach house with a super friendly and helpful owner. We definitely plan to come back again next Summer!

The house is beautifully updated and well appointed. Couldn't have asked for a better beach house.
We were overly impressed with the quality of this Stone Harbor beach house. The beach is one block away and you are in close proximity to both Stone Harbor and Avalon's stores and restaurants. My two little boys loved the nearby park and new recreation center. We can't wait to get back there next year.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. This house is absolutely gorgeous with so much charm.
The decor is beautiful and the home is simply gorgeous from wooden floors, decor to gorgeous kitchen. The functionality of the space is great. The owner has every kitchen tool and item that you would need. We were able to totally relax. The owner is wonderful. I would recommend this house 100%.

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home! The owner, Michele could not have been friendlier or more helpful from the start. She answered all our questions and gave us excellent dining recommendations. The home was spotless and had wonderful outdoor seating areas. It was one block from the beach and and an easy walk into town. We did not need to use our car the entire time we were there! We would highly recommend this rental. We plan to return next year.
