Tastefully appointed apartment near town
Upon entering, we both thought how tastefully appointed the small apartment was and felt welcome. If you're looking for a place to stay that is just a short walk into downtown Stone Harbor, we recommend staying here. Working with Russell was easy and we really enjoyed the week in what felt like our home away from home. Plus we got to experience tiny home living near a wonderful beach I spent my childhood at!

Tiny House Meets Fixer Upper
Such a cute tiny place! Well appointed. Felt right at home. Perhaps 2 blocks from the beach and a quick walk to Third Ave and 96th St. Russell and Jessica are wonderful hosts. Highly recommend!

So charming and super-clean!
Lovely apartment, cozy and bright and airy. This place is perfect for a couple, single person or single parent or couple with one child. I really loved this place! I do have to say it was a little bit small in the sleeping arrangements though. I am single mom with 2 boys, ages 11 and 13. My older son slept on a cot/roll-away bed in the living room. It was fine for a few nights but a bigger teenager probably wouldn't be that comfortable on the cot or the couch there.
Also it is a second floor apartment so if you have a toddler or new walker you might want to bring a safety gate.
If you are a single or couple it's perfect!

Charming, comfortable and clean.
We enjoyed the space very much and it was the perfect set up for parents and a three year old. The space is very nice with tasteful design and decor - very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect place for my niece and I to stay. Easy walk to the beach and uptown.
Keypad lock made it easy so we didn't have to fool with keys.

Our home away from home
The lovely well appointed 1 bedroom apartment was exactly right for us. It had the amenities for enjoying beach life in Stone Harbor. It was within walking distance of the town center and it's shops. We were provided beach tags, chairs and bicycles.
More than that our hosts welcomed us with fresh fruit and snacks, a first time unexpected plus.

Beautiful new condo close to beach!
Condo was in excellent condition being just renovated. Nicely decorated and comfortable space for adult couple. Very close to beach with all beach accessories included (beach chairs, umbrella , beach bikes and beach tags!). Location close to all restaurants and shops; never need to get in car! Highly recommend if you are particular about new property, new furniture and thoroughly clean! Owner very nice to work with.

Perfect location!
My husband and I spend the weekend in Stone Harbor with our 11 week old son for his first beach trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The accommodations were adorable. The hosts did an awesome job incorporating everything you may need into a small space. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us. There were waters, cereal cups, oatmeal & nuts/snacks stocked for our arrival and the apt came with a full kitchen and cooking appliances. We were just a few blocks to the center of town and a few blocks to the beach which made walking around wherever with a baby a breeze! The hosts are local in another house on the property and are super responsive and friendly. They have 2 other apartment rentals on the property as well - we got to peek inside one of them and it’s also adorable! We may have to come back to try that one out in the future. :) Overall, great stay and great VRBO experience. Thanks Jessica & Russell!

Beautiful condo, great location, no linens provided
My fiance and I had a nice stay at this condo in Stone Harbor. The condo is very nicely decorated, is super clean, and was in a fantastic location that was walking distance to all of the restaurants/shops + the wedding reception we attended. Being unfamiliar with vacation rentals in Stone Harbor, we were disappointed in learning that linens and towels were not provided, especially as we were short-term visitors that traveled via plane from the midwest. It certainly didn't make sense for us to check a bag with bed sheets, towels, etc for a 2-night stay. Understood that this seems to be normal for the area but I would have appreciated that to be clearly written in the property description prior to booking (we were alerted of it after the booking so there was not a surprise upon arrival). Nonetheless, we had a nice time and made do with our $10 beach towels from town (lol). For a couple that is planning a longer trip and can bring all the necessities - this place would be a 10/10. Thanks for a nice weekend!

I visited with my mother and 2 year-old. Despite the rain, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cozy, had everything we needed, and was walking distant to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was a lovely place. We would visit again!

Quiet getaway
This was a great property for my wife and I. It was clean, looked like was recently updated, and everything in the place worked well. It was a very comfortable stay and it was nice that it was just a couple blocks from the beach and a couple blocks from the main area in Stone Harbor for retail and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is ideal and the apartment was stunning with brand new appliances. Russell and Jessica were phenomenal hosts and were incredibly responsive. My fiancé and I could not have been happier with the experience and certainly look forward to returning next summer.

We loved it. Around the corner from town, two blocks to ocean. New appliances. Terrific shower, kitchen, and flat screen tv's. Garage has bikes, boogie boards and beach toys/games--all you need for a nice getaway. I came with my two children ages 9 and 12

We were a couple who stayed for a week and loved this place. The location is ideal for both walking to the beach and 96th street. Kitchen set up with everything you could need...Also beach tags, chairs, umbrella, and bikes were awesome...great to not have to deal with the hassle of bringing these things. Perfect Stone Harbor couple's retreat
My husband and I absolutely loved this property. It is brand new and very comfortable. It is like staying at a resort hotel but having the extras of a living room and kitchen. The location is ideal, close to town and the beach, but on a quiet street to sleep well. The owners were very responsive with our last minute reservations. We also appreciated the extras such as coffee and bottled water as well as the bikes. We are definately booking this home again this summer.
