The apartment is located in a nice building with good pools and shopping mall facilities.

The management was not friendly, my check in was so slow because they forgot to register to the building my 7 year old daughter who was already in the guest list I sent to the management of the apartment. I made some requests and they were all denied. I made cleared I would paid for the additional fee for my little daughter and they took so long to let me know the fee and to send me bill and one morning they went to the apartment for that fee and I was not there, when I came back to the apartment they had blocked my entry to the apartment, it was so humiliating, I called them and requested to send the bill right away and they finally did. Not all air-conditioning worked properly. A couple of sockets did not have power. A water tap was splashing water and making the bathroom constantly wet. Some of the bedsheets have plastic sheets and it is uncomfortable to sleep. There is not washing machine neither dryer. Some remote controls of TV and air-conditioning did not have batteries.

nice location, the recreation area of the building (pools, gym, playground)

The stairs of the apartment are a little dangerous.
