This property is as good as or even better than the photos. It is the perfect house for a couple and is close to the Roswell restaurant row. Very well furnished. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with a glass of wine in a very quiet neighborhood. Jason, the owner, was great at communications about our arrival and departure. I highly recommend this listing.

Cozy cottage is a clean, lovely accomodation in a excellent section of Roswell. Host accommodated our needs and responded quickly to our questions which we appreciated. May I suggest a bathroom sink with countertop or a shelf unit above the toilet as there is no space to put toiletries.

The house was perfect in a great location that is walking distance to downtown Roswell. The owner was very welcoming with a personal hand written note when we got there. The house was very clean and very nicely decorated. Huge backyard for our dog. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Very easy to rent.

The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend visit to Roswell. It is just a short walk (mile) to Canton Street and Roswell Area Park is just around the corner as well. If you travel with your pup then having the large, fenced in yard is a big bonus. Easy check in/out and the owner was just a text or call away if anything was needed.

This was the perfect house for my two week trip to ATL. It is in a great location, close to several trendy areas and shopping, and easy access to GA 400. Communication with the owner was always timely and helpful. The house was well stocked with all the essentials. Located in a nice neighborhood and nestled among towering, shady trees made it perfect for safely walking my little dog, enjoying the rain and shade on hot summer days, or just relaxing and watching Netflix. I finally got to watch Tiger King (LOL). This is a true gem of a rental. I look forward to my next trip because I already know where I will try to stay. If you are deciding between this house and another rental...look no further. You won’t be disappointed.

Great area close to all good shops and restaurants, but off beaten path in quiet neighborhood, so peaceful when hanging out at the house. Has all amenities one could need for extended stay. Communication with owner was excellent. Highly recommend!!

This home was a perfect fit for the 2 of us! We only wish that we’d had a reason and the time to play in the huge backyard. The VRBO pictures are very accurate. Roswell is a great town! It has a small-town feel yet is close to Atlanta. Jason is a great host! We were very happy!

Our accommodation was perfect. The large fenced yard was ideal for our two little doggies, allowing them to settle in quickly to their new environment. The house was small and cozy, again perfect for us. When traveling again in the area we will definitely try to stay again. Thank you for the amazing accommodations. Anna

We recently stayed here while our home was being remodeled. The owner was more than accommodating and the cute cozy house was comfortable, clean and close enough to Canton street to walk to dinner. Great fenced backyard !

The property was exactly as represented. It was squeaky clean and inviting. A small house perfect for 2 people and accommodating for a small dog. Will try to stay again when we are visiting Atlanta.

My husband and I and our dog Bandit came up for the weekend for my friends 50th birthday party. The house was conveniently located to her house. It was clean, quiet and very cute. Bandit enjoyed the fenced-in backyard. There is a very nice city park just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay here.

My husband and I stayed in this home for a few weeks while our home (locally) went on the market. We live in the Johns Creek area and have never branched out to historic Roswell. Wish I discovered this area sooner before before moving out of state. The owner was extremely accommodating during our stay. This home definitely is not made for more then two people. Extremely close quarters (nothing surprising about that. The home was perfectly described). The back yard is great for the dogs to run around. The ONLY downside that we really noted was that we have two older dogs and were constantly going up and down the backstairs to let them out. To any future pet owner tenants please note that there are grapes/grapevines all over the side and back portion of the backyard (it’s a large fenced in yard). We didn’t realize this until a few days in and we noticed our dogs grazing a lot in those particular areas. They’re highly toxics to dogs.
