The place is great but location isn't because its not a safe place for person that goes out in the evening.

Location was superb, especially for my son who loves Shipping. Cleanliness, wow, the place was royalty Design and Decor, amazingly great

The layout.

I didn't get a certificate to say the apartment was sanitized. The apartment was not clean. A cleaner came through the next day. Microwave was not working.. had to call handyman Washing machine didn't work .The floors were covered in water when I switched on the machine Someone came after a couple of days. Could not fix it and had put the pipe in the sink... apparently drain was blocked. The showers were awful. The water was standing in the shower and flooded the bathrooms. The gas stove,the gas finished and no one could replace it. Waited a whole day. Someone came after 3pm to replace it , which was very upsetting as my family and I were too afraid to go out and buy food due to the pandemic. We were very uncomfortable because the manager of the building kept on harassing us. Kept on checking who was coming to the apartment and why. She interrogated my son and questioned the cleaner ,handyman and wanted names if all guests and visitors. She sent security up to get all information in writing. Was a disappointing experience.

The Apartment is Simply Amazing..but Needs An Aircon!!!

No Aircon..Durban has a Tropical Climate, with no Aircon it is intolerable.The Apartment is Stunning, would have rated 10/10 But an Aircon is Essential for Durban.
