The stay was absolutely awesome witha view to die for......

The front door was stuck due to moisture I would think, I struggled to open and I was afraid I that would damage the key when trying to open the the front door.

the jacuzzi didn’t work and the water was green it looks like it hasn’t been maintenance in a long time

Everything about the place was perfect. Very spacious apartment with an amazing view of Durbans coastline.

The air-conditioning was a problem. It barely worked and it could never go below 20° or else it would start leaking in the kitchen.

The sea view

Blinds in bedrooms and in a bad state meaning when you are in the balcony the people in the bedroom don't have privacy. Blinds are falling off and as a result you get woken up by the early sun. Airconditioners were not working and the hot tub. At some point the hostess decide not to take my calls anymore. I ask for braai facility and I was give a skotel braai, the least the could have given is a gas braai.

It's location and the view

Lots of things needs to be replaced :- kettle lid is broken and falling apart , two blinds are missing at the main bedroom so people from the lounge can see through the window there is no privacy . Hand liquid soap in the bathroom is refilled on the very old containers with a different branding (it says lemon hand wash yet filled with cheapest strawberry one and quarter empty). The mope is very old and disgusting as well as ironing board . Pls change those yellow stained pillows and get new ones . You can improve by filling those sugar tea coffee containers and providing extra towels please. The Jacuzzi tab jets were broken as well as the Jacuzzi by the bar is broken and few tiles are missing from the bar . Also the bar lights don't come on .

The apartment was very spacious. Good location. Beautiful views.

The apartment was not well cleaned before we arrived. It seems to be poorly maintained. There was no cleaning service for our entire stay.

looks like the property could do with a bit of maintenance all round.

The setup was outstanding The place was neat and tidy The place was near almost everything. We had to walk than drive

Jacuzzi in the bedroom and upstairs were not working,and so is the refrigerator in the bar The sliding door ddnt lock so we felt unsafe
