No photos of the rooms because they look/feel very hostile, with no windows and neon white lights… Everything is filthy, from hairs in the bed sheets to spots on the towels. When saying the sheets seemed filthy, the receptionist acted shocked and reluctant to believe us. Was also very hostile when asking wether all the rooms were like ours - responding quite passive aggressively saying all hostel walls have to be white for security reasons… The only kind person was the lady who came to change the sheets and apologized, recognizing it wasn’t clean. Definitely much nicer hostels around for the same price. By far not picky backpackers, but this was the least welcoming and comfortable hostel we’ve stayed at. Single rooms are often just a bed and a sliding door, like a “capsule”/“pod” concept. Would not recommend.

There was literally only one couple I ended up chatting with. They were there for couple of days and didn't socialize with anyone, had swapped of room 2 times when they arrived cause multiple complaints. In the end they had accepted their fate. Everything else was a disappointment, it's a huge hostel without any social interactions, no bar, no snacks. Only a coffee machine and a locked fridge, open only from 8 am till 22 pm.

The noise. The unpoliteness of the staff. The disregard for my complaints. The lack of solution when I booked out at 7am after first night of no sleep. And I couldn't get any compensation. Other then another room, which I refused.

Very good location in El Poblado. The room felt secure The shared bathrooms were always very clean. The room was clean. Staff were helpful and We could leave our bags for a few hours after check out.

There was no window in the room and although we were aware of this before booking, it was quite disorientating in the mornings to be in a pitch black room. There was a small vent on top of the door that didn’t let any light in but let plenty of mosquitos in so got lots of mosquito bites during the night. The Wi-Fi also needs to be updated. We at most had two bars and it often dropped completely. For a city it is very poor to have such issues with Wi-Fi.

It was a great stay! The place is very nice and we feel at home! It's perfect to stay with your family! People are super welcoming and they were always open to help us.

Établissement propre, agréable avec un personnel très accueillant et à l’écoute. Une chambre petite mais un espace suffisant, plus agréable que les dortoirs classiques !

Ça aurait pu être correct l'emplacement etait très bien mais nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d'avoir la chambre infester de punaise de lit je ne vous recommande pas cette Hostel

La chambre était infestée de punaise de lit nous l'avons dit au personnel. Leur réponse a été qu'il y a 2 semaines des personnes européennes sont venus et qu'il les ont ramener ok ça peut arriver, mais aucun traitement de leur part n'a été fait 2 semaine après. De plus elle nous a dit que c'était à nous de vérifier lors de notre reservation de la qualité de la chambre malheureusement sur internet nous ne pouvons vérifiez.. Aucun changement de chambre nous a été proposé ni compensation, elle a même etait désagréable quand nous lui en avons parlé. nous sommes ressorti de cette fameuse chambre avec plus d'une dizaine de piqûre sur chaqu'un de nous... De plus les chambres n'étaient pas réellement propres, des traces sur les draps les sols pas nettoyer ainsi dans le couloirs

A localização do hostel é seu ponto forte ! Muito bem localizado no Bairro. Vários restaurantes e cafeterias por perto, conexão com Metro e linhas de ônibus. Os quartos são pequenos, mas, cumprem o esperado.

A fechadura dos quartos era muito perto a parede para fechar e isso atrapalhou TODAS as vezes que tentei abrir ou fechar a porta.

El alojamiento está realmente bien si vas con amigos y quieres estar cerca del poblado y de Provenza. Es muy completo y tienes de todo en el hostal.

Nuestra habitación daba a la calle y se escuchaba mucho el ruido de los coches que pasaban. La habitación no tenía ventana, solamente una rejilla.

La ubicación no está mal, aunque queda enfrente de una avenida donde constantemente pasan carros, dificultando el poder cruzar las calle

La estructura del edificio es súper extraña, las zonas comunes son muy pobres. Las habitaciones son una ratonera... Y ni hablar del WiFi, es una basura, incluso estando en el Lobby

Location was great! The common area was great. Price was okay for what it was. It was very accessible.

The rooms are very small with no windows - struggle to regulate without natural light but it was ok for a few nights. The toilets were nice and clean but very rarely had enough toilet paper. & on one occasion at 7am I asked for toilet paper and was told need to wait until 8am… stick a bung in it I guess.

Really nice hostel with your own small, but fine private space. Nice and very clean common areas, friendly staff and very good location. Close to many nice restaurants and bars.

That I had my own room Hallways were cleaned and the toilet area Laundry was done in 2hrs. Very fast

Showers were never cleaned the 5x days I was there. Same hair in the shower Room didn’t have proper door and fake grass to cover what would be a window so wasn’t very quiet. I booked a twin room and checked in early only to be told a single was the only one left. I was a return customer too but that wasn’t taken into account. Rooms aren’t all the same. Only had a chair, no hooks or anything It’s basically a big coffin but it’s private so that’s good

Great location just a few minutes walk away from everything you needed. Nice to have some privacy but also the shared bathrooms were always spotless.

The kitchen wasn’t the most equipped. The lighters to be used for the gas hobs were sometimes low/empty. Fridge was very full too, possible not cleaned out in a long time.

pretty cute little "pod" room concept, with each one having the name of a different place in colombia. nice and spacious balcony with plenty of outlets and wifi. it was very clean. of course the rooms are tiny, but it was nice to have the privacy for the same price as (or even cheaper than) a typical dorm bed. towel was free.

the #1 deal-breaker was no natural light. i would have booked a room here for weeks if any of the rooms had windows. it was very disorienting to wake up in such a dark, tiny box lol. it's also not a very social place, so if you're looking to meet folks, you might be better off somewhere else.

Well, one of the best hostel I have ever used. They are capsule rooms, just the bed and some shelves. I expected that but the lobby is spacious and the kitchen well-equipped, it even had a useful blender. Vanessa and the staff were so so helpful. I extended my stay and was given a bigger room. The bathrooms and kitchen are really clean. Plus, it is one block from all the restaurants in Poblado. A great place at a great price, if you don't mind capsule rooms. Vanessa even lent me her metro card and offered me her umbrella. Great place.

The only thing I didn't like is smoking is allowed, even though it is relegated to an area facing away from the lobby.

CUSTOMER SERVICES POOR Someone was attacked to still her cell phone right at the door of the hostel Another person was sick for 2 days and the staff did not give him information regarding clinics near by or could call a doctor for this person, and NOT. Bathroom leaking sink never fixed it

Location is great and price is also good, room is extremely basic, but there's a nice kitchen. Nice toilet allright shower.

The vibe in the hostel is really hard to understand, reception girl in the day time is almost impossible to find, for checking in or information, then in the evening she is there attending the puppy or hanging out with her friends in the lounge area getting great fun, which is awesome that she feels like home and her friends as well. Just it makes it very hard to feel at home as a guest there since space is dominated by the group of friends and to get something from reception girl feels like interrupting her fascinating life. On one hand it's awesome that she's so free with her work, on the other hand it feels like she's just ignoring her work. Unless that's the concept of the hostel and i am really an idiot not to get it.

The hostel felt really nice to stay at, well kept kitchen, ample space to sit, and colourfull corridors.

The bed wasn't the comfiest, and the room itself was a bit on the needing an update side. The room is small, but it's okay as you get your own space and it's quite affordable.

I am not sure how the rooms are allocated. I noticed that other rooms had higher beds and more shelves. But the niceness of the staff made up for it. Thanks for everything!!
