Wonderful view from rooftop terrace over Modica. It's amazing! Property is very small, but nice in old stone house. Parking is near on the street or between houses. Very welcoming hosts. Location is very good - in quite area and near the Main Street - we could go everywhere in the city centre on foot and we was very satisfied to go up and down between old houses, where no so many tourists and people. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Vincenzo! 🙌

Some things that needs to be added in property - more dishes and kitchen utensils, hand wipes and some blankets for cooler evenings.

Host Vincenzo was very very kind. He gave us very important information how to get to Modica and the next destination. He even picked us up from bus stop and to the railway station. His tips on restaurants were also informative very much. Location was very good that we could go everywhere in the city center on foot. Another good thing was we enjoyed the amazing view from the rooftop terrace. It was spectacular to see the old city of Modica. We will come back again. Grazie mille, Vincenzo!

Bed linen very poor, furniture inside, also no need for big sofa, 2 smaller chairs would be better, knives, spoons, plates, bowls would have been good. Very good but we don't think 10, which implies perfection

The view is amazing! The room is great too, it was a very comfortable stay.

There were no cups in the room, just wine glasses. But the owner is very responsive, so not an issue!

This was an exceptional accommodation. The house was stylish and newly renovated, with a lovely terrace belonging to the room: the view of the town would have been perfect, if it did not rain so heavily :-) The room was warm, though, and had everything we needed (kettle, wine glasses, cork screw). And the host was perfectly lovely, too. We will definitely come back to enjoy the view in a better weather.

Although breakfast is listed as included, it turns out that you have a choice of walking to the nearest bar to buy breakfast or paying extra for the owner to bring it. If I had read the small print I would have known that, so really I blame Booking.com for permitting such misleading information on their site

Incredible view from our private balcony! in walking distance of the main town - so great location. Vincenzo our host went above and beyond for us including fetching and dropping us at the bus station. Loved our stay!!

very nice family who rents this room with the attached great private terrace overviewing Modica. Public parking is in a narrow street with a short walk to the house. No problems for us, but maybe demanding for others.

Lovely place with beautiful view and very nice welcoming host

Beautiful location, the best thing about the flat is the terrace and the incredible view, but that's not the only one. The room is great, beautifully refurbished and very comfortable. Vincenzo is the perfect host, he gave us great tips about the town and was always ready to help if needed. The flat is a bit difficult to find, but that's because Modica is made of beautiful little streets and it is easy to get lost, but Vincenzo even came to find us and got us there! Modica is definitely worthy a stop, pretty town with an amazing street food culture!

Nothing it was perfect

Very nice small apartment just few mins walk from the old city centre. The host was really nice and provided all the information to reach the location and parking close to it. Special bonus to the private roof terrace where you can enjoyed amazing view. Perfect for couple for a short stay.
