Overall, we’d like the location of the hotel. We also like the rooms. We have stayed at other of your favorite locations and breakfast was better than the ones your location . So I guess your breakfast selections could have been a little bit now. I believe last time we stayed at the Dexter location, but overall it was good

Your customer service at least for me was awful. We arrive there early around 830 or so. I check in. I asked the young lady at the counter. When will I will be available. She replied it would be around three. About a half an hour later or so, I asked her, if she will let us know when our room is ready, we proceeded to sit in the lobby maybe 10 feet away from her. We were very tired since we have just gotten off the ship. About 45 minutes to an hour later I got a text message from somebody that’s asking me how we like our room. Which I replied we are not in a room yet. She replied, she replied, you are already checked in. Which I responded yes, but a room was not ready but I do have my key. I asked her can I go to the room since I already have my key. She said, of course if you have your key go to your room. I was very upset that the young lady at the counter and not notify us when our room is ready. When we were only 10 away from her. I appreciate the text. Otherwise we would’ve never found out till three that our room was ready. The following day we were checking out. I went up to the counter and said good morning we are checking out and it was the same lady at the counter, that replied oh yeah, I remember you in a condescending way. She was not pleasant at all.

on the website it says lake view but apparently there’s no lake view not even from any of the rooms. the hotel told me they’ve advised booking.com many time to make the correction. I booked it because it said lake view. while the breakfast we asked for more eggs even had 10 mins left for the breakfast window but the lady bluntly said no more eggs. Rude.
