The reception staff is really under-trained. The check-in & check-out experience are awful (the check-in staff was not friendly at all, and the staff call us at 7:00am & ring us up just for a payment issue, how ridiculous is it)

The room was very nice and the workout options a nice touch, however didn't get the opportunity to use any of them due to short stay. The shower was wonderful and offered 2 types of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

The pillows were the worst, flat and 0 loft. Terrible for people with back and neck issues, or really for anyone who wants a good night's sleep. It was very expensive considering there wasn't a free breakfast, uncomfortable pillows and the room coffee machine didn't work. Free coffee wasn't even offered in the lobby. It was 3.00 for a cup of coffee. It's possible to purchase breakfast, but since your in Seattle it's probably cheaper and higher quality to visit a local breakfast, coffee shop. The bathroom doors don't lock or fully close which is an issue when sharing a room with family members or co-workers. I wouldn't give this place an 8, but I'm unable to change the number, very interesting.

The location was excellent. The day staff were great. The cork and kale had great food selections.

The evening staff were less attentive and accommodating.

the parking situation is a hot mess. we had a hard time finding our car and when we went in to ask for help they were very vague. we had to go in a second time to ask for more clear instructions.

Room was clean and tidy. I really liked the bathroom as that’s the first thing I check everywhere. It was clean and well equipped with necessity. They even had a workout mat and other stuff if you want to continue your daily exercise routine. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

For breakfast I wasn’t sure how it worked. After asking the staff it was same as restaurant you order your breakfast and later they brought you the bill. It puzzeled me as I booked my room with breakfast included. You have to do a lot of asking on how this breakfast works.

Very clean and quiet. Parking available at site (for fee). Able to walk to numerous restaurants. Extremely safe-need card to get in and to use elevator to get to rooms.

Person at the desk on arrival was not friendly or very helpful. She needs training in how to greet and attend to customer. Front desk staff on the other days were pleasant and helpful.
