Great resort in a great location. Good value for money paid at the time.

Obviously hard hit by Covid but staff really good in trying to make sure guests have a good experience. Meals and drinks very expensive if you are not on a full inclusive package. Well worth considering taking the all inclusive package.

The worst experience ever, if you're thinking where to stay in Sharm please do NOT book a room in Sheraton.

Nothing was good, strongly recommends to run away from here.

The staff are the hotel's real stars. Natalia at Guest Services was highly professional and efficiently helped us on a number of occasions. Ibram ditto, at the Lebanese restaurant in the evening, at breakfast and on the beach. The location is fine, long beach with well spaced out chaise longues.

The hotel internet is bad. Get a local SIM card for data usage, at the airport or the hotel shop.

The room can connect to WIFI, but no Internet at all! The toilet without a hole for water to get through, when the bathtub over flow the water to the bathroom, there is no way to drain away water. The balcony with some soil for flowers, but no flowers at all, only the dried soil. The drinking bar service men are very rude, when i asked if i can get a cup of orange juice, they let me wait for a long time and then told me i need pay 170 EGP for a cup of Orange Juice, how ridiculous! I can buy 17 cup of fresh Orange Juice by 170 EGP! This hotel looks like beautiful, but the service is very bad! It's was very unhappy experience i stayed there! I leaved this bad hotel the next day!

Big and clean rooms. Amazing buffet. The people working there very profesional and kind always ready to help. The swimming pools and the beach beautiful. you can see plenty of coral and fishes. Superb experience.
